Trash I've had mold over my toilet for 3 months now been dripping for 3 months now..the lady is never in her office and if she is she beyond useless...this place is trash

You got the good; it's clean... enough. The actual management on site is as 'helpful' as they can be.And the bad;1. Fire alarms at 1-3:30 am2. Maintenance doest reply to request. I've had no heat all winter and a busted kitchen light I can't fix without them.3.late 7days for rent (and paid 50%), threaten you with eviction in 14 days.

Horrible customer service! I was scheduled for a 5'o clock viewing but when I went there the office was completely shut whereas office hours are supposed to end at 6! I ended up waiting almost an hour while trying all of their numbers for rental inquiry and management- nobody picked up in the 1 hour that I waited! An utter waste of my time and money (on Uber). Didn't even have the decency to give me a heads up about rescheduling

So I would've given zero stars if possible. I'm going to say this in a nutshell. I showed up for my tour appointment and actually drove 45 minutes out of my way to meet with them. They sent a reminder 30 mins prior to meeting. No one showed up and I waited around for 30 minutes. I called 3 times while I was there and no answer. Super unprofessional.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. The building management, namely Tanya Burell is very rude, threatening, and does things in direct contradiction of the RTA. Due to Tanya I had to threaten to file with the LTB multiple times over a few months to get back money that was legally owed to me. Dont get me started on how hard it is to get in contact with them to fix any issues that arise. Amazing building, horrible management.STAY AWAYSTAY AWAYSTAY AWAY

I rent at their 280 wentworth location, to put it lightly if you treated them the way they treated you, you'd be in jail for life, my unit is still infested with cockroaches and mice, I moved in to this, when my fridge broke instead of a new fridge they gave us a cockroach infested used one from another unit, the ceiling in my bathroom is unfinished from when a exterminator left a hole for a trap, they dont hire proper contractors it was just joy's brother or cousin who did the incomplete repair. They have ignored most of our maintainence requests, they only follow through on roach ones cuz we saw one, on our walkthrough which like the unprofessionals they are, the unit still wasnt ready yet having 4 months prior to get it ready. 100 percent avoid them or medallion. Bedford properties did a better job with a husband and wife duo who had a smaller budget and were subpar at best.

I have lived here 2 years now and I have called on a few occasions with some concerns/questions and Management has never returned my call, not once.Parking enforcement tickets visitors parking on P1 when they have proof of payment and then when you call to contest your ticket they don’t return the phone call.They also fail to turn the heat off and the air conditioning on until it’s way to late.My unit is currently 29 degrees Celsius and the building will not have AC until June 6th. Don’t live here if you want to know you can reach someone when you have an issue/want to be able to sleep at night when it starts getting warm.

Worst management I am ever seen, staff unhelpful and so rude. You need to resend email for 5 times and maybe they will reply.Building very dirty, bad quality, every day elevator breakdown, and just today we got power shut down all over the building without any notice.Construction besipde building starting 7 am till 5 pm, to noisy as they are building 2 new high rise building

Bright, modern and spacious units in a clean, well kept building with security available and visible 24/7. Friendly superintendents and cleaning staff (Gracias por todo su arduo trabajo y limpieza encantadoras damas!) Perfect place for a long term rental, or as a temporary stepping stone before mortgage payments start. Either way, very comfortable place to call home.

I have lived here for a few months now and am pleasantly surprised. It’s quiet, clean and bright. The residents are friendly. I read a few negative reviews so was a bit concerned TBH, yet know you can’t always go by a few negative comments out of the hundreds who are living here. I have also asked residents and have had mainly positive comments. The building is very clean, garbages are always emptied in parking areas. I constantly see nice hardworking cleaners on the floor, lobby, elevators. The management responds promptly with questions, they and the superintendents are friendly. There is now security on site at times checking stairwells etc as that’s where some ignorant people decide to smoke then have the alarms. So far only one alarm so hopefully this keeps up. I have not seen homeless or scary people hanging around the entrances as people posted.One negative is the laundry facilities, but it’s always clean, just a major lack of ventilation, the machines are old and don’t work good and you lose money sometimes, it really needs an overhaul. Hopefully improvement continues in the right direction.
