My battery died on my camera and I hadn't brought a spare. I was able to purchase a replacement battery as mine was most likely defective. They charged my new battery for a nominal fee of $7 and even charged the old battery for free, just because he had the time. Very helpful, nice staff, lots of battery options.

I love this place; staff, service, and quality of prints never fail or disappoint. I've been getting film developed through Tekarra since 2017 and am always happy with the results. Even though I am no longer local I still choose to do business through snail mail. Looking forward to my next batch of prints!!

Matt, from Tekarra, has been a big help to me over the years. I have worked with him on several projects in the past, and he has always been very professional, has great communication skills, and is very solution oriented. There is a lot about computers/formatting that I personally do not understand, but he always makes things easy for me and I have always been very happy with the work that Tekarra has done for me! All the staff at this shop are very helpful and I am grateful we have this little store in our community! Thank you!

Visited today with a simple ( for the sales assistant ) camera problem. Very pleasant and helpful guy, just sold us the memory card that we needed, put it in, tested it -- all OK. Even told us where we could go to photo a grizzly and her cubs, but they knew we were coming and went into hiding ! Hence the missing star.

It's amazing to find a place selling film when you run out, especially so far from home. The film costs not that much more than the price I buy it at home for. I say that for the roll of film I bought, idk about the others.

Went to get film developed and get new rolls .Great service, the owner ( I think ) was really helpful and knowledgeable !The prices are also very fair.Will definitely come back next time I'm in Jasper !

Forgot my camera battery charger back in the states and my camera died 2 days into our trip. We arrived in Jasper on day 5 and found this store through researching. Walked right in and asked for assistance finding the battery charger. And he pulled one right out from behind the counter! He asked if we wanted to try it out before purchasing and I went and got my camera battery and plugged it in. Sure enough it worked! He went over the different features of the charger as well. Excellent help and staff!

Was in Jasper for part of a Canadian Rockies vacation. Was taking photos fine with my Canon when I noticed something in all of my pictures. Unfortunately the closest camera repair was hours away. Found this shop and they went above an beyond to look up on the internet how to clean the sensor. They were able to help get the tiny little hair off and I was able to take beautiful photos the rest of the trip (including a photo workshop I had scheduled later in Banff). Can't say enough about how willing they were to help. Highly recommend this store. They also have the best selection of camera related items of the two stores in Jasper.
