Agent Alisha, is so so rude, I have never come across such a rude and unprofessional agent. Uses abusive language over the phone, totally unprofessional and unethical. Shame on you Alisha.

Felicia and Trisha were wonderful to work with. They answered questions promptly and were always courteous as well as accommodating. I would highly recommend them for your next travel plans.

I was recommended to Condello Travel from another agency we've had great success with. This particularly agency couldn't help us as they were specialized in a specific type of travel, hence the need for another travel agent. I called and spoke to Felicia about our trip and she said she was happy to help us but was leaving on a trip the next day and would be away for a couple of weeks. I reached out via email when those two weeks had passed and didn't hear back. I followed up again and still didn't hear back. She just ghosted me. As the date for our trip was fast approaching, I scrambled to find another travel agent who could help me (I would highly recommend The Travel Firm!). I'm not of the belief that there was an obligation for Condello Travel to take me on as a client, but it's completely unacceptable to not respond to a client/potential client. Thus, I cannot recommend this agency.

During the past 35 plus years in the industry, not only have I trained and advised athletes on how to get into competition mode, but I have also competed in several events myself. My past experience and varied clientele has given me the advantage of being able to assess an athlete’s potential in the industry.
