Tried it out after reading all the reviews and hype and left disappointed. I can see the appeal - seems likes there are lots of regulars and a nice vibe among that group. I think if you’re a regular you get good service maybe? We were there last Fri afternoon and we had one server hopping back and forth between rooms. So I can see she was a bit stretched but it wasn’t really busy. But she spent a great deal of time chatting and checking in with the tables of what were obvious 'regulars' and left us pretty much stranded. I get it - you have a relationship with these people and they are your loyal clientele. But if looking for new customers maybe spread the love!The food took super long was mediocre at best. I had the buffalo chicken fingers and hangover fries. My friend had the fish and Big Mac fries. The fingers were good- big and plentiful. Although I ordered celery and carrots and blue cheese and they didn’t arrive - and then came about halfway through. Not great as those fingers needed dipping! The often-celebrated hangover fries were average, the Big Mac fries better. Fish was bland and slightly soggy. We ended up waiting a long time for our bill and eventually another server came over. I hope I don’t sound like a Karen - we were very polite, patient and asked for the things we were missing nicely. I was hoping it would be as good as everyone says but don’t go in thinking it’s superior food - it’s okay. I give the food 3 star the service was a one so that's why I have the two. I’ll likely give them another shot and hopefully update the review but it was a strikeout at the plate the first time around.

So many options for karaoke. I never had a song or group prove impossible to find. Staff were very nice! Food and drink were an acceptable price, and didn't break the bank. One if my preferred places. Gets packed because it's a karaoke place and people go there to sing, accept that you might not be able to sing as much as you want because if numbers, such is life. Loved it there

Stopped by Tracie's while visiting Hamilton.. we were looking for a place with NTN trivia. Walked into a very very busy pub! The regulars were having fun playing in a euchre tourney.Staff was super friendly and sweet. Didn't eat, but our new friend" Sonny (a regular) had a great looking meal and said all the food is great.Cool atmosphere... the staff obviously cates about their clientele. If I lived closer

The place was packed and Tracie came right over and found a seat for me, my wife and daughter. Our waitress was incredible. We kept reading on FB how amazing this place was and it did not disappoint. Food and portions were incredible and we took dessert home and it was great! Will def be back. Thanks Tracie for a great Saturday night!

Food is delicious and filling, 4 starters bundle help save money, karaoke night is fun and welcoming, but reservation is recommended because it's popular and can fill up real fast. There is also 2 pool tables.A rather odd and funny observation is the men's washroom has urinals placed perpendicular to each other with reflective metal sheets on walls which would make it awkward when you're using the urinal with someone else.

this place is the best I went for the first time for a friend's birthday and it was amazing! I'm not much of a karaoke person but I still had a phenomenal time, the whole place gets into it and everyone is so sweet and welcoming. the service was top tier, the establishment was very clean and the food was good too! will definitely be back again. thanks for a fun night :)

First time I ordered on skip.I had the roast beef sandwich on a bunMashed potatoes it was delicious I am an extremely picky eaterDessert was the apple crisp it was good but I found it was a wee bit to sweeter then apple crisp I have had in the past.Thanks so much tracie' place restaurant.

Cool spot that was pretty busy. The turkey dinner poutine with peas, stuffing, and cranberry aoli was very good. Fish and chips is a great deal on Friday for the size. Burgers are homemade, big, and tasty (but a little overcooked most of the time). Great service and atmosphere. Everyone is extremely friendly. Games at the table and karaoke everyday.

Very nice local place. Staff was busy but helpful and routinely checked up on us! Karaoke was fun to listen to, the crowd that was there when we went seemed to be routine visitors cause they were mostly all great singers!Food was nice bar food and very generous quantities. The drinks were also quick to arrive (amazing prices) and they had a great variety. We’ll be returning here with friends for sure!

Awesome Place to hang out.Everyone is super chill, and very impressive talent from the local singers.Don’t sing? Play on one of the two pool tables.Food is good too.Very family oriented, and even the little ones get up and do some singing. Minors can stay until 9pm if I remember right. Not 100% sure, so please feel to correct if I misquoted.All in all, a fun place to be when you want to be sociable.
