The Superpaint is great quality; has good coverage. I’ve painted two houses with it. The staff at the Richmond location were very knowledgeable on the phone and super nice and helpful when I went in to purchase.

It has been almost 15 years since we painted our home. The paint on our stucco and wood trim are holding strong, but our garage (which faces the afternoon and evening sun) has faded and started to peel. Our painter, at that time, had used Sherwin-Williams paint, so we decided to buy the same product. This store has all the paint supplies you need for your painting project. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Their staffs were very nice and experienced and they taught me how to choice an odorless paint for bedroom. They have wide variety of paints. Check their website before you go there, you may find a discount coupon with 20% or 40% off.

I am terrible about writting in about shopping experiences, but cutting to the quick...this Store has managed to bring a Team together that are all working towards the same standards and that is - exceptional customer service . That of course means an authentic acknowledgement when you walk in, personalized service right to the product you want / need , stock, colors etc.Best way to describe it is.. it was like going back 30 years to a owner operated local store where everyone had an ownership of the store and they were all happy to be their serving you. If you don't get your paint here you are missing out on a most wonderful experience!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Justin Lee's review was negative because he expected the staff to use the shaker on an opened can of paint (opened a year and a half ago), that had dried paint all over the rim. When the manager tried to explain why he couldn't put that particular can in the shaker (it would open and get paint everywhere), he lost his temper and treated the manager with the most disrespect I have ever seen. He never even let the manager explain why, just kept talking over him. Our service that day was phenomenal! Happy to give this location my business!
