You know all that junk that they sell on tv? Well, this is where it goes when they can't sell it on TV. There are a lot of niche things here and that can be good and bad. You should do your research before you go in. Still, sometimes they have really good prices on things (some things at astounding prices that are not available on line or in the stores (I'm looking at you, star belly dream lite...))

They have decent stuff, but the candy's and drinks are rare and expensive.

I've always enjoyed going to Show Case and have been to many locations. However, I was not impressed at all with this location at all! I walked in to look around to find it not very clean and the staff member was on her phone and fooling around with the security guard on a hover board. I tried to be friendly to the staff member but she spoke to me like a valley girl. The hover board belonged to the store and I asked if I could try the board and the woman gave me attitude and said in a bratty valley girl tone No you can not!" I'd understand if the hover board was not for us to try but she could have explained that to me in a civilized manner. That staff member was outright rude! Not impressed with this location at all and the lady at the Bramalea City Centre location said that I had every right to try that hover board because it was a demo store."

Great customer service, Maddie was an excellent employee and helped me with everything I needed! They have amazing products you cant find anywhere else :)

Purchased three umbrellas at this location in november and opened it up last week bc of the rain storm and it broke in half. Went to the store to ask for an exchange. They declined as well as accused me of having time to break the umbrella. Yes its been long time but i bought this in winter season not like it will rain during winter. Stupid policy and the employee not very happy with her job. Not happy customer for this location .

I purchased a Drone from this Location on Oct 17 and I was given a discount from the manager that was working that day, I was also advised by other associates to make sure I got the extended warranty which I did, Yesterday Jan 19th,2018 I tried to do an exchange because my drone does not work and I didn't have the receipt on hand and I have been told there is no record of my purchase on file. I have copies of my bank statement that Shows the purchase was made I don't know why it doesn't show on their system, I would like to know what are the next steps to trying to exchange my item. I was told by the very disrespectful manager on duty Nicole Hackett that there's nothing she can do on a store level and threatened to call security because I was not happy with her customer service because I felt she was assuming that I was trying to fraud your company because I knew the previous manager who sold me the item

Lots of sale almost clearance. Nice and you think it's a good deal, but most of them they put it on sale coz it is useless and they don't work at all. I bought the magnetic eyelashes. The sales lady didn't say that it will not work when you have only little eyelashes. I also got the Epi Smooth it said it's faster than Tweezers. Not true at all not even the obvious hair, at least one hair but no luck. Also the Double function pore cleanzer. I was a fool to believed that it will work. Never again.

Don't buy anything. Bad experience. Bought robotic charger and plug in its keep opening and closing. Come to store .no refund. You can only exchange. Stuck with another bad part .spent $33
