Vacuum Depot

I took my beloved Eureka vacuum in to see if he could fix the suction in the main head, and unfortunately we found out they discontinued the part needed. Incredibly courteous and amazing service. Just got a hand-me-down Miele by luck and I will certainly be back for anything needed. Thank you again for your help!

Best vacuum repair. Honest, gets parts quickly, charged very little for labour and fixed my Meile in about a week. He is also friendly and nice. Keep this guy in business for years to come.

Owner friendly and very skilled but I haven’t seen him in a while — people running his store instead gave me poor customer service. Asked for a cord replacement with a plug head that was fused to the cord itself so it wouldn’t come apart (again). He heard: cord replacement. So they put the same budget cord that broke the first time. Asked them to tell me if a broken accessory panel could be fixed. He didn’t hear me, because it never went on the repair ticket. When I asked about buying a new vacuum from them and whether it was possible to trade the other one in, he told me “We don’t do that. It’s not worth our time. Ok? See you later bud.” It took a month to get this cord replaced. They decided the HEPA needed replacing but didn’t phone to ask me if I agreed to the $50 charge, they simply charged me $50. When I asked why the accessory panel was still broken when I picked up the machine, the lady said “I guess once those break, that’s just it.”People here are friendly enough, but they sure weren’t listening to me.

I have been dealing with Gerry at the Vacuum Depot for the better part of 15 years. I continue to go out of my way to do business with him because of his uncompromising customer service. I drove out to pick up a new central vacuum hose from him this past Monday during an actual blizzard ( our largest single day snowfall, breaking a 50 year record). The store is clean and well organized, however, they are the first store that I've shopped at that passes on the credit card fee to the user. So when presented with that, I decided to pay cash (I purchased vacuum bags). The person behind the cash (who smelled like cigarettes) reached into his pocket to provide me with change, and didn't provide a receipt (so he's likely pocketing the taxes). So sketchy....

Bought a Miele vacuum here during the last lock down, Gerry gave me Great service was full of knowledge and a stand up guy doing his best to help his clients as best as he could! Would recommend buying here instead of the box stores! Not only is my Miele dramatically quiter than the Dyson it replaced, it is also just as good in performance, if not better!

Fred needed to come four times to our place to eventually fix our vacuum. That was very kind and responsible. The price was fair. I highly recommend.

I was having a number of issues with my Miele vacuum so though I would bring it here for help. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get my vacuum fixed in a quick time frame at a reasonable rate. Very much recommended :)

Have been dealing with Gerry for years! Always has what I need, and is always super friendly. I would highly recommend this shop. I recently bought an air purifier from him while in getting my vacuum serviced, and everyone in the house loves it. No more puffers, no major allergy attacks either! Thanks Gerry!
