The worst Benjamin Moore ever.We were the only people in the store and were an inconvenience to the two staff working.Not helpful at all and had horrible attitudes. We only asked a few questions and their responses were abrupt and rude..Will never deal with this location again.Do yourself a favor and do not shop here.

Unlike another Benjamin Moore Store in the area, this store has great staff who take the time to make sure every question is answered and that we got exactly what we needed (the product is expensive but the Aura paint is unmatched in our experience - and we have even tried Farrow & Ball)

Purchased paint for a job I had. Asked what coverage was in the large Pail. Was told 375-450 sq ft. Purchased 2 large pails based on this info. Only to find out later large pail covers 2000sq ft. Tried to return unused pail. No returns.

Wow!! We bought two gallons of their Coronado ceiling paint for a living room. Terrible coverage. I spoke to the salesperson about it (lady dark hair). Her response was ahh thats too bad. Thats it....that was the response. No standing by their product. Nothing. We travel from Grimsby to Beamsville just to buy our paint there. Not anymore. Very disappointed.
