Save yourself the trouble. If you end up talking to Briana ask to speak with ANYONE else. Terrible phone manners, consistently cuts you off, doesn’t listen, cannot book appointments.Same as everyone says: service technicians are fine but the communication is so terrible you barely ever get that far.

Probably one of the worst service encounters of my life. We received a service reminder with an incentive, that there was a $50 credit on our Go Honda card we could use it for servicing. To make a long story short, we dropped our vehicle off the night before for an appointment first thing in the am. We hadn't heard anything all day until 15 minutes before close. We had to rush there if we wanted our car back that day. When my wife got home I reviewed the paperwork and we paid $414 for an oil change, 2 air filters, an inspection and a tire rotation they never actually did (there was a note on the invoice about why the didn't actually rotate the tires). To add insult to injury, they forgot to credit the $50 incentive they used to get us to book, and told us to apply it to the next service appointment. Classic bait and switch, and taking advantage of an unknowing customer. I called the service manager to discuss, no answer so I left a message. I've never received a call back. I expect more from a dealership who claims service is a top priority with pricing that reflects that. Not only will I never book service here again, I regret having purchased my vehicle from them entirely.

The parts came in the next business day, was okay with that. However I wasn't satisfied that they didn't have enough change for my cash transaction as I needed bus fare because I can't drive my car hence why I was at the dealership to begin with. I only recommend manufacturers parts for any Honda, top notch quality.

If you care about appearance of rim and peace of mind, please take your car somewhere else. They will charge you 150$ just for tire change, mount and balance and SCRATCH your rim carelessly during the process even if you told them be careful with it…. Cheap service at expensive price tag….

Aside from a minor error in getting the correct parts, which was fixed without issue, i highly recommend Go Honda. They have excellent customer service and are always soo helpful!

Friendly staff. However, terrible communication. I booked my car in for a recall in April. On the website it said I needed to book at least 48 hours in advance in order to have the parts ready. The day I went in, the staff told me they were out of stock on parts and would contact me when they could do the part change for the recall. Never heard back so I called them in June. They said they were still waiting for the parts and would contact me when they had them. Never heard back. Called again in August. They said they'd had the parts since May. I finally was able to book myself in again, but overall frustrating experience.

I had been using this service location for over 15+ years. Service was always good from appointment booking to service advisory and shuttle service. The spacious customer lounge is comfortable when waiting for the shuttle while enjoying a cup of fresh brew coffee. They even called a Uber to give me a ride back for pickup when my vehicle was done.

I had like the Worst experience with this dealership. I’m living in yellowknife northwest territory these Guy’s were well aware about it when selling me the car and told me if anything happened to your car we are always here to help you. I had block heater issue with my car and local dealership in town told me to get it replaced. After multiple conversations and long delayed answers all they said we couldn’t do anything about it. I even offered to pay for labour to getting the block heater replaced and only asked to just send me parts which is like 150$ as I confirmed with their parts department they have it in stock but they said no after keeping me hanging for 3 weeks. I explained my situation many time that I’m living in north it’s -50 and how important is block heater but unfortunately I noticed they only care about you until they make a sale. Couldn’t send me 150$ part what else i can even expect. Just Pathetic

I originally wasn't very happy with the service here, as they weren't going to honour the 5 year warranty on my 2 year old battery; but, Nikita did a good job to rectify the situation and come up with an amicable solution. It still ended up costing me a bit more than it would've had they honoured the warranty, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I appreciate that they worked with me though.
