Went for dinner yesterday with my partner. The restaurant environment had old looking decor but seemed clean. Hand sanitizer wasn't available at the entrance but the two employees were wearing masks. We had to order at the counter, then after choosing our own table, an employee brought out our order. Overall the food was okay. We ordered fried rice, butter chicken, beef madras, garlic naan, mango juice and soda. The rice wasn't a fried rice, it was moreso steamed with simple, almost bland seasoning and grocery store frozen mixed vegetables used. The butter chicken was decent, but I've definitely had better. I was happy to see that the chicken pieces were marinated and cooked in the same seasoning before added to the sauce (rather than plain chicken added to the sauce). My partner said the beef madras was good, the beef seemed tender. The garlic naan was freshly made, hot, and fluffy with melted butter on it. However, it did not have any garlic flavour. Overall, it was an okay experience but I probably wouldn't go back.

Bought *chicken* samosas to go and for my disappointment did not *see* one single piece of chicken in the filling.Tasted/smelled like chicken???? Definitely NO!!! When called, they told ground chicken is used in the samosa. My conclusion: they use all sorts of filling (any sort of flour paste-base to decrease production costs) and they call it chicken!!! For the price, please put some *real* chicken in it, to make it a fair deal for your customers. I would prefer to pay more and see, taste and smell the chicken in the samosa. Lie is not acceptable. How far this business think it can go if it does not disclose the true ingredients used in their foods?? Immoral!!

Sweets from here are not fresh and taste like it's been there for a few days. Lamb biriyani was okay. It had a lot of Spices added but tasted a bit off.

I had a good meal here, although it was not as spicy as I was expecting. The food was rich and the portions were a decent size so I was pretty satisfied. I would go back, although the interior does look like it could use some love.

I had take out. Vegetable Korea- worst I've ever had and I've had lots, I've been eating Indiant food for over 50 years! . Korea is my go to dish. Wish I hadn't gone to India Palace Express. No flavour, some spice, mushy Basmati Rice and the Garlic Naan was awful as well. I used to eat here a lot because I worked nearby. Won't be back, not for free food and not if they paid me. Yuck!

India Palace is my long-time favourite Indian restaurant. The chicken roti is tasty, the samosa are incredible, and the prices are fair. Great vegetarian options too.

Indian food is sooo good..!! Always friendly, always clean. Food is really good, (why 4⭐️ not 5⭐️) portion size could be either larger r add more chicken to chicken dishes (ie butter chicken)

Kindest staff and amazing food! They were so kind and friendly to myself and my 2 year old daughter. They insisted on helping me with my order to my car so I could carry her and the food out in one go. Now my belly and heart are full :)
