Excellent people and services. They evaluate what is necessary and nothing you don't need. They will provide advice on additional repairs and when they recommend they be completed.

I feel these guys take care of you properly. Things like not over-torquing the oil plug and filter housing show a level of professionalism that is missing in many oil change and auto shops. I also like their inspection reports.

I had a pleasant experience with Crompton brothers. They were meticulous and professional. My car had an issue with z cooling system. They emailed me the results of the diagnosis and their recommendation. Kept constant communication every step of the way by phone. Dereck was thorough in explaining what was wrong and answered my questions patiently. And when I went back to take my car the owner took time to make sure I understood what was wrong and what was done to fix it. I am quite happy with the service.

Went for a regular service as a first timer. Was looking for an auto shop in my new hood.Pleasant and efficient service with a super convenient online assessment portal that lets me see photos of the work needed.Fast and reasonably priced too. Think this might be my new spot.

I had a great experience here. Derek was very friendly, helpful and fair with pricing. I highly recommend coming here.I had a weird issue with a refurbished battery from Brunette Battery (don't go there), where the dials would waggle back/forth and the battery would only store a charge for 2 days. I bought this 3 months ago, so at first I thought a battery issue was ruled out.However Crompton Bros gave great advice to get a brand new one, and that corrected the issues.With my next automotive issue, I plan to come back.All the good reviews here are accurate. I had a good experience. I mean I wasn't happy with the findings but that's the car's fault for being weak, but jokes aside, Riaz was honest about the complexity of the issue and told me that its better to consult infinity dealer as they may have more experience dealing with these type of issues inherited by G37 engines.

Sent my wife in to get her Infinity checked out due to a shake which I figured there was an alignment issue. The comprehensive vehicle report that was sent to us including pictures and videos of the problem was nothing less than amazing. I have never seen a company perform such a service to let customers see and understand what is wrong before getting it corrected and for that I thank you. I deal with a lot of mechanical shops in my line of work and I have never seen this done. Most certainly a step above the rest. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this location.
