Bought a hover board for my daughter and the clerk assured me there’s a 30 day return policy. Low and behold it’s 14 days so I missed it by a week. No returns of an unopened hover board. Also got talked in to purchasing the extended warranty! Ridiculous! Never shop at this store again. If I could give less then one star I would. Idiots.

No return policy or even exchange the product. They don't tell you that when you purchase it. The Lady at the front was very rude also. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Ill let my friends and family know to NOT SHOP HERE

Bought a seat cushion, terrible product that just squished flat when you sit on it...no I’m not THAT heavy. Returned with all packaging etc but only gift card after 1 day of purchase. Terrible return policy

Staff was quick to ask if l needed help. Inviting and friendly environment.

The man at the desk was very rude about the hover board, after harassing my friend and I. I made a friendly phone call asking why he had kicked me out, he used the quote if you are not able to read the waver

One would think with restrictions gone, businesses would be welcoming...not this one...people here relish in insulting kids and being rude to customers....and racist might I add...Stay away from these clowns

This store is OK. They tend to have more inventory than other Showcase locations and it is slightly more organized but not by much. There's some products that don't have labels, so you end up having to ask for help. Would be nice if there was shopping baskets if you are picking up multiple small items, but nope nothing or any offer of assistance or bring said items to the front. Lots of interesting stuff here but most are overpriced and not worth the value.While the staff is friendly, they don't necessary follow what corporate lays out. There was a promotion on last week and the lady didn't even apply the promotion at firsr, when it was printed right there next to the register. If I hadn't pointed it out, I would have been ripped off and had to pay the full amount. There's no consistency between the store and corporate.

Lots of merchandise good variety still the checkout is in the wrong position so many people in the lineup that we just didnt bother looking at the other half of the store ... Greeter was cheerful

Absolutely horrible store to shop at. Went in to get something for my sister and they tried to sell it for double the price and when I pointed out that that was not the price on the shelf they claimed it was because they were in the middle of changing the prices. Regardless, the shelf price is what you must legally sell the item for until it is changed and when I mentioned that they argued and insulted me and then eventually gave in to the shelf price when I told them I know the laws and can get them in trouble.My stepdad also went to buy a blender and they ended up charging him for two and lied and told him that was regular price.These people are scammers and are very rude. Do not recommend buying from here.
