We requested repairs to a broken front step, a wooden gate at the front side of the house and to replace some boards and repairs to a railing on the back deck all due to aging. Lastly a retaining wall at the front of the house. What we got was a total new wooden front steps with aluminum railing. A beautiful retaining wall and a solid side gate. Due to the rainy weather in June 2022 they were forced to reschedule which was a pain especially due to our concerns re the broken front step. They knew exactly what they were doing, came did their work and left no time wasted and did a great job cleaning up.Would we hire them again? YES.

0/5 stars. Continuous problems with this company. Use them if you want to keep having to fix their mistakes. They have no clue what they’re doing. Can’t follow city guidelines and specifications. Screwed my neighbour too! Unbelievable. When you contact them regarding their mistakes, they try to blame you! Don’t waste your time with these people, and use a proper landscaping company.

Tin and his team did a great job to re-landscape my lawn in Sep. The job was done efficiently and professionally. My drive way (their main job site) was cleaned right after the job was done. My lawn looks really good now. Thanks Tin!

I wouldnt trust Tin Tran or his crew to build me a doghouse let alone another fence or deck. This company gave me multiple compliance issues with the city of Edmonton- avoid this contractor

I had Tin and his guys do my landscaping, deck and patio. They took their time to make sure everything was done properly. The foundation for the patio took 2 days which shows they are not just trying to complete the job as quickly as possible and move on.Pricing is fair and Tin will provide different options so you can choose what fits your budget.Alot of times contractor will tell you what you want to hear but Tin is honest in how he will do his job. He will tell you if he can't meet you expectation and you can decide if you still want to go with his services or not.Overall, I am very happy with the work and the service that Tin provided.

We were lucky to have found EcoSmart after our previous lawn care provider retired! For the past few years we have had EcoSmart take care of our yard in the summer and our walks in the winter. No matter the weather they were reliably there to mow the lawn, or shovel and sand the walks. Last summer they did a new stone driveway and patio for us and even regraded our backyard so that water drained away from the house. This year they installed new stone garden beds, retaining walls, and regraded the front yard. We have been so impressed with the craftsmanship and care with which the EcoSmart team treats our home.

Tin and his team helped us with spring clean-up, tree installations, and dirt removal. We appreciated that, after I called, Tin was able to come right away and have a look at our lawn so that we could discuss a detailed plan on the first day. The other thing I like the most is that we could send text messages to keep communications effective. Tin is professional and easy-going. Overall, a happy experience with this company.

We’re glad we found this contractor. Easy to discuss the plan, price is reasonable, timing is as promised (the only delay is because of the weather) and the result is according to our plan.
