Every time we buy blizzards from this location we can’t even make it the 5 minute drive home with out it turning to half liquid. I’m sure they could lower the temperature in the ice cream machines so they start off with a colder temperature ice cream and then we might have a chance to make the 5 minute drive.

The owner of the store was serving at the drive thru. I dont know if that is due to covid or if he really just values leading by example.Either way he was kind professional and made me fresh chicken! Not only that every time i go through this drive thru the staff are amazing!

This Dairy Queen ALLWAYS has deals like, buy an ice cream cake and get second half off or free! They're constantly have different deals running. This is definitely by far one of the best Dairy Queens I've been to in the Okanagan!

OK so it is very rare that I wouldn’t even think of any sort of fast food restaurant standing out from the PAC. Every time we take the families through this little town we stop at this Dairy Queen. They have got to be the nicest people that run a Dairy Queen in the history of Dairy Queen. We have seen them be really patient with the high school kids that make a mess as well as being very kind to every person that comes in. I just wanted to thank them because it has been a couple of years that we have in frequently gone, and we have witnessed time and time again , nice people doing a good job

We moved to Lake Country a year ago and have been frequenting this establishment ever since. We've never had any issues with anything ever. The manager is the nicest guy, and the staff works hard. The store is always neat, tidy, and clean, with everything organized.Recently, we tried one of the new churro-dipped cones and were impressed. We thought they would be just as great in the dilly bars, so I went in yesterday and asked to speak to the manager. I requested if he could make me a few churro-dipped dilly bars, to which he replied that he could totally do it. He even asked when I wanted them. I said the next day would be perfect.When I went to pick them up today, he told me he made them after 11pm yesterday when they closed. I couldn't thank him enough for his kindness in staying late and doing this for me. Thank you so much.I highly recommend this establishment

Come here on Thursday night and i nees to say 10/5 for the service the guy gives me , really kind , he even offers me if i still need something inside when locking the doors (ive come almost at the close and they where really gentle and ive decode to eat my to go order outside so it was really a nice intention from him to offer me this) never really eat there before so this review is not about the food ...

Good food. Pretty sure I was ripped off. He brought 2 ice cream cones over to my table that I know I didn't order. Guaranteed I paid for them, didn't take them. No refund. I threw away my receipt. He said he couldn't bring it up. I had a table of 7.

Very poor service....they don't listen to you. Eat in & they bring it in a bag. Go back to to put it on a tray. The girl that took our order just didn't listen. Sat at the table & there is black hair on the table. So gross!!
