Royal service i did not recieve due to my skin color. Wasted my time here getting talked to like i was lying and scamming the place. They lost out on over 2 grand i was trying to spend their today

They have such a great selection of tools and equipment. The prices are great and the weekly flyer has some great deals as well. I have always had great service and the staff even take you to where the product is. One employee couldn't find a particular product and he got someone else to help us look. You can't beat that kind of service.

I absolutely love shopping at the Regina location. Princess auto in no shape thrown to them at all but ordering online through Princess auto has had to be one of the most stressful things I’ve ever done in my life just recently I ordered a part from the Saskatoon store and they showed that it’s in their inventory, but had my items sent out from DC which I could not understand why I paid for express shipping to the main post office and Regina and they couldn’t ship it saying that I didn’t have a name associated with my shipment which I did and I created an account through Princess auto so dear Princess auto please get your shipment sorted and don’t waste peoples time having had to call back three times and wait two weeks for my parts back to the people in Regina Princess auto store great work and I’m very proud of you guys!

It may be beneficial to update your website as it say open until 7:00pm on Sundays. Yet I went in and the lady stated that they close in one minute which would be 5:00pm. I said it says on the website that you are open until 7:00pm, she said if you look on the website it says 7:00pm on Saturday. Yet when I just looked on the website it says Princess Auto is open until 7pm on Sundays as well. So I am a bit confused.

Awesome. Friendly helpful staff just were out of a few items but they recommended bying them online.

Always find the neatest things here! This is my favorite store! So many cool little gadgets and have my woman cave almost complete thanks to Princess Auto! The staff here are so helpful here! They've gone out of their way to help me get everything i needed for so many projects I've had over the years!!

They have loads of items other then auto parts. Always have something interesting.

Impressed with knowledge of staff, i asked 3 different workers, where certain things were, all 3 knew exactly where everything was, u dont see that, much anymore.
