Del Priore Custom Kitchens Ltd

We had a custom vanity installed by Del Priore. The countertop people were from a company in Toronto. We should have been informed of this when purchasing our vanity set and thought we were dealing with Del Priore only. There was also an issue with that installation, and the plumber refused to do the plumbing until it was fixed. It would take 1 1/2 months to get Del Priore to offer to send someone to fix the problem.Our concern is if something bigger happens, how much longer will it take to have a properly functioning vanity?In my opinion, they are missing after-service, and their customer service needs to be improved. They waited one and a half months before they offered to fix the unusable vanity. We contacted Del Priore repeatedly by phone and email, asking them to come and fix the damage. We had to hire an outside company to fix the damage done by the countertop installer. I suggest they use a local countertop installer who does not need to travel far to fix countertop installation errors.

We had a custom closet made for our front entrance. When we got home to see the final product there was nowhere to hang a coat. Let me repeat, there was nowhere to hang a coat. We obviously brought this to their attention along with some damages. It then took 2.5 months for the closets to be re configured on the inside per our original drawing. For our troubles they offered us a great deal on our laundry room. They put together a drawing and then we never heard from them again......and they will never hear from us again. Terrible.

We are extremely thrilled with our new kitchen. From the designing stage to the installation, everything went smoothly and all of our needs were met. We had a great experience working with Del Priore Kitchens!

Happy with the design and the service. Went there to the show room to find options on a custom counter for my retail space and cabinets for my small office space. I was very pleased with the options given to me and customized the outside of my counter with stainless steal. Their team of designers and installation crew pulled it off and everything came in exactly how I ordered. The timing was perfect and I would highly recommend their services for your next remodel.

One of the best companies who I have ever dealt with, from concept to completion! Met with Tom (their designer) and Mario & Anthony (owners) who not only helped design a one of a kind kitchen but also saved our relationship LOL As you can see from the pics, the pride and craftsmanship they take in everything they do from their dovetail joints to the finishing and install is out of this world. Our house is over 100 years old and came with a lot of install and design challenges, Tom (design), Mario, Anthony and their team of craftsman in the shop and their installer June not only met the challenge but knocked it out of the park! It has been about a year and a half since they installed it and the fit and finishes are still like new! We decided to go the extra mile with the black walnut and dovetail joints and being someone who is hard on stuff and likes to push the limits this was a perfect option and adds an extra depth of richness and quality. I have not had to adjust any doors or drawers and the finishes are like the day they were delivered (which their delivery team are very professional and treat your home like their own). I highly recommend Del Piorie to all of my friends, family and clients (I own Aura Landscaping) Thank you to the team at Del Piorie for making our dreams come true!

Exceptionally handcrafted work. I was able to work closely with the designers to achieve my dream kitchen. There is a level of detail that was attained by working with Del Priore Kitchens that holistically executes my design intent.

Ordered cabinets on or near July 20th 2017....came late....wrong colour stain. Was told it would be a rush order for new doors and panels as granite was coming. It is now November 18Th 2017 not a word on cabinets, no update, and STILL NO cabinets. We did call several times only to be greeted with attitude and lies.

Exceeded my expectations, the designers took time to really understand what we wanted for our first kitchen in our new home. We are extremely happy with the quality and service that Del Priore Kitchens provided to us. Thank you.
