Called to schedule an appointment as an existing patient. Learned that because I haven’t been in to the dentist in a few years that I am “no longer considered a patient” and of course they aren’t taking new patients.

I called to get my husband in to see Dr. Mercer within 48 hours for a tooth extraction. According to other dentists, he is the only one in the Soo are who will perform a wisdom tooth extraction. Staff was friendly, quick to respond, & helpful. My husband will go in tomorrow for his appointment & I am looking forward to being able to post a good report about this office!

I am very happy with Dr.Mercer and his teaching approach not only for me, who happens to be a HUGE scaredy cat of dental work, but for the sake of my young children. I might actually stop being afraid of the dentist/hygienist.
