If I could give an bonus star I would!!Tomas and his crew were amazing from start to finish for our wedding catering in August 2020 in Picton. Beginning with very professional and attentive conversations, Tomas crafted an amazing menu that was Covid safe (covered individual portions, no passed apps!) and exactly what we were envisioning. Arrival was on time, service was great and the food exceeded our expectations. We had two professional chefs at the wedding and they were absolutely blown away by the creative and delicious menu. Locally sourced and a high end spin on traditional food truck fare. (ie bulgogi lettuce cups, char siu samosas, brisket sandwich).We had also asked for bread and jam as wedding favours. Our guests each took a grab back which was beautifully packaged. People are still talking about that jam.Bonus points: The food truck is beautifully designed and quiet! The food packaging is eco-conscious. Tomas is very professional and thorough in his communication. The team went above and beyond and quietly cleaned up the area during the wedding ceremony. Thank you!!!

Tonight we had the pleasure of having Tomas come in as a private chef to cater our bachelorette event.We only had the reviews to go off of as we aren't from the area but Tomas did not disappoint. Our entire group of 9 enjoyed every course.We have some vegetarians in the group as well as a few food allergies and Tomas accommodated everyone with ease. He was also so personable and patient )able to tolerate our rowdy group even after we spent the day on a wine tour). He answered all of our questions (even when we had to ask three or four times!).Now for the important part, the food! Every bite was absolutely sensational. I'm an incredibly picky eater but everything looked so amazing I couldn't help but try- and I'm so glad I did! From the charcuterie and veggies to the fresh bread and pasta, it was pure perfection.All 9 of us were beyond satisfied and SO full! The entire meal was immaculate and we even have leftovers. To say the portions were plentiful is an understatement. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely suggest requesting Tomas to cater all of your events.If you're unsure, take my word for it, book now- you won't regret it.

We had Kaleidoscope cater our wedding on august 26 2022 and we could not have been more pleased!!! The food was delicious, Tom was great to communicate with and so accommodating. Every single guest complimented how well the food was at our wedding. It’s been a week and we are still getting messages from our guests raving about how good everything was. Having kaleidoscope cater our wedding was honestly, probably one of our favourite parts of our wedding. I highly HIGHLY recommend going with Kaleidoscope if looking for a caterer for your event!

We have been ordering from Kaleidoscope Catering's Weekly Menu for almost two years. The food is fabulous. We look forward to our Thursday delivery. Bravo to Tomas, who is a truly inspired chef, and his team.

We had the pleasure of having Kaleidoscope as our wedding caterer this past weekend. We were blown away by their service and by the food. Our guests are still talking about the food now, and we are always going to pride ourselves on having the best wedding food EVER!! Seriously, the food was AMAZING. The staff were just lovely, and superbly organized.Tomas was a pleasure to work with. He was very organized and always answered our questions. We originally booked Kaleidoscope for 2020 but due to COVID we had to postpone numerous times. Tomas was completely understanding and worked with us to make sure our day was perfect.I honestly cannot say enough good things about Kaleidoscope. If you are considering a food truck style event or wedding, DO IT! I promise you won’t regret it!

We had the most amazing private chef experience during our stay in the County…Thomas is a master of his craft! We had a great experience and enjoyed every bite.

We had the most phenomenal experience with Tomas and his entire team. We hired Kaleidoscope to cater our wedding at a private residence in PEC - we had never met Tomas nor had we tasted any of his food because we do not live in the County but we wanted to hire someone local to that area. From the first email exchange, I could not be more confident that Tomas knew exactly what we were going for with our cuisine. He created a spectacular menu for us that, due to the limitations of the pandemic, we did not even have an opportunity to do a tasting (our choice, not his - that's how confident I was). Passed hors d'oeuvres included a duck confit corn dog, beef tenderloin butter lettuce wrap, and forest cured trout tartine. Kaleidoscope also created a grazing charcuterie table with local charcuterie and artisanal cheeses. We had a plated summer salad, stone baked flammkuchen, and gourmet slides as multiple dinner courses - we wanted the food to just keep coming and oh my GOODNESS did it ever. We had four passed desserts - a citrus tart, pumpkin mousse, carrot gateaux, and cider beignet made with County cider. I mean, are you kidding me?! I am embarrassed to say that our guests could not make the most of the incredible late night global poutine because never in a million years did I think we would still be so satiated by dinner. Regardless, it was the best poutine, ever. Seriously. Every single guest, including all of our vendors, told us that it was hands down the best food that they had ever had at a wedding, and some of the best food they had ever been served, period. I cannot say enough about our experience with Tomas and Kaleidoscope - I may have to get married every couple of years so that I can hire them again and again. Thank you so so much!

We hired Tomas to cater our wedding. He was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was adaptable and so willing to bring our vision to life. Our first wedding (2021) was an intimate dinner with our family. He prepared a beautiful spread - charcuterie, apps, mains, dessert and our wedding cake. All the food was well executed, generously portioned and beautifully presented. After service, he cleaned and packed up all the leftovers. He went above and beyond. We had such an amazing experience, we hired him again for our full wedding reception this year. He was able to execute a menu to include French Canadian and Asian fare as requested. Service ran so smoothly. Our guests were raving about how good the food was. We just wished we had more room to eat more! Tomas was truly a pleasure to work with. He provided a professional and positive attitude during the entire process. I would hire him again in a heart beat. Thank you Tomas!

I reached out to Tomas to cater our wedding in Prince Edward County in 2022. Tomas was super flexible and was able to accommodate our varied taste buds (we wanted a mix of crowd-pleasers with some Asian inspiration) and our request for a seafood tower.We were absolutely blown away by everything he served, it was literally the highlight for a lot of our guests! The seafood spread is still something our guests talk about to this day. Thank you to Tomas and the Kaleidoscope team for making us our dream wedding meals :)

We used Kaleidoscope to cater our wedding weekend in August. Tomas and his team executed two dinners for us, a plated formal meal one night and the food truck on the other. He stocked our fridges for the weekend with local favourites and supplied us and our families’ lunches. Not only was the food delicious but it was all locally sourced. Tomas is a pleasure to work and collaborate with, from our initial tasting to executing the weekend flawlessly with the changing scope and menus based on the unpredictability of covid, we have been so thrilled with Tomas’s food and support. The scratch made bread and sticky buns are favourites! We highly recommend Kaleidoscope and are looking forward to working with Tomas again soon!
