Brawn Bros Heating & Cooling

In the last 2 years we've had to make 6 or 7 service calls for brand new, dysfunctional equipment we're renting from Brawn Bros. Every time the seasons change and we try to start the furnace or the AC it doesn't work, we then have to call in several times and usually wait a week to get a technician out to fix the issue. The first time this happened they literally ignored us for weeks until they realized I'd left a review on Google Maps and then reached out to try and fix the problem in exchange for me removing the review, then our tankless water heater exploded and flooded our basement at 3 in the morning. When that technician arrived he was shocked they'd installed the tankless heater they had.Now it seems a company called 21st Financial has purchased Brawn Bros and believe me, getting a hold of a technician is literally impossible. I've now called 4 times to try and reach a technician and their gatekeepers will not let you speak to a technician, instead they promise a call which never comes. It's been 31 degrees celcius in our home for the last week and they can't be bothered. I've directly asked for the number for their technicians and they flatly refused to share it. I'm at my wits end with Brawn Bros and now with 21st Financial. The best advice I can give to anyone considering renting equipment from Brawn Bros or 21st Financial is RUN.

We recently had our furnace replaced. Abe, our advisor, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the technicians who did the installation were polite and efficient. It was nice that they were able to do the installation the next day, new furnace works great. Noticed a good reduction in our energy bills so we’re happy with that

We hired this company to insulate our attic switch our thermostat and after they finish the job we noticed there were still hotspots on the roof. We let them know and they promised they would come and address this issue. After a week of hearing nothing we reached out they have still not followed up with the hotspot and it has been months since they installed. We also got a Canadian energy audit as part of their service they include and the auditor has been calling me because the Brawn Bros company has not yet paid for the audit meaning the report cannot be submittedto. We are paying every month for the services Brawn Brother provided. The office will not call us back when we did speak to them in April they told us the only manager was on vacation for 2 and then 3 weeks. it has now been 2 months that I've been calling each week leaving voicemails and not received any response. This has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company at all, save your money save your time.

BB was fantastic in helping me get a water heater and furnace replaced in my home at an affordable price. I highly recommend their business! The company scheduled the installation quickly and everyone was incredibly professional and courteous in answering my questions.

I am writing this review on behalf of my cousin who has disabilities. Brawn.Bros took advantage of him. We found out about this in February of this year after learning that a lien was placed against his family home. In August of 2021 Brawn Bros approached my cousin at his home. Made promises that he would save hundreds of dollars a year if he installed a new tankless high efficiency hot water heater. Told him he would receive a Rebate for taking part in a special government energy rebate program that they were promoting. BB Sales rep told my cousin that his hot water heater was leaking carbon monoxide into the air and that he needed to get it replaced right away. The BB sales rep made this assessment after simply looking at his hot water. The sales rep coached him through the third party verification call.BB had him unknowingly sign a 15 year lease to the amount $23,535.24. No contract was left at his home and he never received the rebate.BB and their financial partner Twenty First Financial are not responding to emails. POA papers have been forwarded along with a Dr.s note stating that my cousin did not have the capacity to enter into this agreement. No response! I have filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario. Very alarming sales tactics and taking advantage of vulnerable individuals is unacceptable! They need to be held accountable for their actions.Stay away from this company!

I recently used Brawn Bros. to replace my furnace. The installation process was smooth and the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The new unit is working perfectly and I am very pleased with the quality of the product.

***** UPDATE we went to Toronto to their location and talked to someone in the same building. They said they high tailed out of there one day so they do not have a location. We are now Currently looking into talking with their partners in crime. In the mean time don't not trust this company for anything They don't even deserve a 1 star.We replaced our furnace and AC unit with them. Our AC unit hasn't worked since they installed it. We have called and left multiple voicemails. Nothing has been done for months and they expect us to pay for it.

Very tidy and efficient service. Overall, I am pleased with the water heater service the guy provided.I'd also like to give credit to the technicians that arrived a few days later to install a new furnace and an air conditioner. They were also very clean and professional.Sincerely, I would strongly suggest them. They are professionals who complete tasks without fuss or mess.

I recently had Brawn Bros, come to my home to fix my air conditioner. Their service was prompt and the technician was polite and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue quickly but also took the time to explain the cause of the problem and how to prevent it in the future. I was very impressed with the company's level of professionalism and customer service. It runs quietly and efficiently and cools my home quickly. The installation was done with great attention to detail and I have not had any issues since. I would highly recommend this HVAC company and their products.
