Top Nails and Spa

My best friend recommended this salon to me and I love them! Each and every time I leave with what I asked for, staff is friendly + kind, clean establishment and calm setting. Thank you, as well, to the girl who did my acrylic set this morning! She killed it!

STAY AWAY from this salon. They are extremely unhygienic, I got a fungal nail infection after having my nails done here.

Good experience, staff are courteous, lovely ambience... I only wish my daughter’s basic mani-pedi lasted more than 24 hours. In fairness another coat was applied when I called in to give this feedback but this still chipped by next day.Stay off basic nail polish and you'll be good.

I’m sad to say I’ve been here a few times hoping and wanting it to be great but I’ve been unsatisfied each time :(I feel every time I have to ask for certain things that are included in my service I’m getting (such as trimming my nails, adding lotion to my legs, using warm water and) and they never truly remove my dead skin (I always have to request that too). I feel the gel is sloppy also and I’m always just disappointed. Sorry Top Nails, I don’t think I will return.

Worst nail experience ever!If I could give zero stars - that’d have been my preference.Went to get gel nails done for an out of province event. The glass nails weren’t properly glued on and there was space between my natural nails and the artificial one. I called her attention to it and she stated it doesn’t matter as the gel will hide that defect. Upon adding the gel - the nails were sticking out and lacked the natural look gels are known for … however - I was one of the last clients of the day. I was told to come back to get it corrected (I told them I was going to be out of town) and I was told to come back to get it done whenever i returned. Upon returning (having endured horrible nails getting stuck in fabric and threads getting caught in my nails) I went to the store and I was told they couldn’t fix the issue that day - that I had to book an appointment. Told the individual that attended to me (Kevin) that the nails were causing me discomfort and I wouldn’t even mind getting them off for relief (as opposed to the correction I initially came in for). I also noted that“booking an appointment” was not even communicated to me when I was told to come back. He had the audacity to tell me “that’s your problem”…. i was taken aback as I thought I didn’t hear him well. He repeated it that “yes - we didn’t know when you would be back so we are currently booked for Christmas and booking another appointment to remove or correct is your problem”.To say I am shocked at how you treat your customers is an understatement!!!Terrible service - terrible staff - terrible damage control!

Not worth it. I paid $75 for the top pedicure spoil me vip pedicure". You would think they would use a gel or shellac nail polish since you are spending that much money

I had a set of nails that was chipping a few days after I got them (which is not normal for this salon), and the great staff at Top Nails fixed them not once, but twice for me free of charge. I have never had any issues the two years I’ve been coming here, so I appreciated that they made it right and fixed them. I recommend them to all of my friends and will continue to come every month and recommend to my friends. Thank you!

I’ve been a few times and never had any problems but the last time i went i had a man do them for the first time and they were horrible. Like actually so fugly i took them off the next day. He could have been new so i did not want to call him out but if you are booking there and you get the man, watch out !!!!

Top Nails is my favourite place in Regina for a pedicure. I have a severe latex allergy and they’re always so accommodating of me bringing in my own gloves. The staff are friendly and skilled, their tools are sterile and they do a great job. Highly recommend!
