My car looked great when I picked it up. They fixed both my doors really quickly! I was also an idiot and completely forgot to clean my belongings out of my car before I dropped it off and they cleaned the entire interior. Great service!

Truck looked great when I was able to pick it up. But. I am a business owner who needs a truck on a daily basis. I was told for 3 weeks that I would get it back Wednesday or Thursday. Just be honest and tell me 2 or 3 more weeks. Be warned they do not accept cheques even from businesses. If I would have known that I may have went to another body shop.

I had some minor damage to my minivan that insurance was going to have fixed at no cost to me. After reading some reviews I called Perrin's Auto and booked an appointment. I had to reschedule and they accomodated me perfectly. They went over and above by driving me to the car rental shop intead of having me wait during the busy COVID season. They also delivered my vehicle back to the rental shop so I could pick it up on the weekend with no issues. Oh, and they repaired the damage so well you couldn't even tell there was any. Great job!
