Shoppers Drug Mart

Left this Pharmacy after trying to refill my much needed prescription, and after calling several times, being left on hold for a half hour and never receiving an answer, and even going into the store and them not having the prescription ready. They have never bothered to call me to let me know a prescription is ready, they're just impossible to communicate with. Very frustrating, to not be able to get any info from them! Switched away and will warn other not to use this pharmacy

Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Horrible service - you watch a girl cough into her hands 15 times in 5 minutes while touching everyone’s prescriptions, then they make you leave and come back to get your prescription and when you come back and the store is empty and there’s 3 of them behind the counter, it still takes them 10 minutes to even come address you. then they make you wait another 15 minutes until they have the time of day and are finished their conversations to get you your prescription… so what was the point in me leaving and then having to come all the way back so i “didn’t have to wait” even though the store was empty both times? It’s this same cycle every single time I’m in there. It’s like it’s a friendly bet between them on how long they can make people stand there like idiots. Again, the absolute worst pharmacy group I’ve ever dealt with. Pharmasaves you are in and out in no time

I switched pharmacy’s for prescriptions months ago because I had the same experiences as other people tell about in their reviews. Impersonal, rude, no follow up or “client care”. I have however continued to go there for other items because they are in my neighbourhood so I can walk to get bandaids or other drug store items. But today I decided it’s the last time. I have complained to management in the past at how dirty this store is and it’s worse. The entire perimeter of the store is filthy with garbage everywhere. They can, if the like blame it on their neighbours but bottom line it’s a Shoppers Drug Mart, with no pride in their place of business and no concern that their customers have to wade through their filth. The health inspectors should be reviewing the state of this pharmacy. I’m done.

I honestly hate to complain but this pharmacy should be ashamed of itself. I would give -5 stars if possible. They consistently disconnect their phone lines. How is that acceptable? All I can think about is a senior citizen trying to reach their pharmacist to ask questions about their medications but can’t get through. Or someone who isn’t the best with technology and does not use the Shoppers App who needs a refill of important medications.Give your heads a shake guys, be better.

I went to drop off my prescription and the pharmacist went to assist other customers rather than attending customers in order in line. Thus I waited about 20 minutes to hand someone a piece of paper with my script on it, she still didn’t come to the “prescription drop off counter” and so I left to go to another business.Edit: To the Customer Care representative who responded - you have over 5 years of reviews indicating that the staff is an issue in the pharmacy. If you actually wanted change, action would have happened by now. 2017-2022 is enough time to reconnect the phone lines and instruct the staff on basic customer service.

The folks working in the pharmacy, have been more than helpful to me. They are pleasant and polite especially Reid, pharmacist. They have taken the time to make certain my prescriptions are filled and when required have contacted my Physician. It is a very busy pharmacy, and they are trying to assist everyone, even though some people are impatient and rude. I have been having my prescriptions filled there for 6 years, am very happy and will continue doing business there.

Am not surprised with the 2.4 star rating. I have been loyal to this location for over 12yrs I had the worst customer service with the manager on afternoon shift on September 25, 2022. She has no customer service or manager training. I had to pay for their agent big mistake and the manager could not refund my money or acknowledge that. She was talking in circles. Just horrible human being. Why should customers pay for the store mistakes, like really? It's never done anywhere. I deal customer escalations every day and at the end of the day my customers are very happy. No matter what you have to honor the customers since especially is the company mistakes. The doesn't listens or know hiw to talk to her customers. Am moving all my business to a different location. This location would lose lost of customers.

I love going to the pharmacy, Michele is so helpful and friendly. We personally go out of our way just to see Michele and visit this location as we always feel seen and heard!

Just awful reliability. Do NOT rely on this shoppers drug mart for anything other than the frequency of incompetence.I don't often write reviews, but the frustrating experiences I've had with this one have compelled me to.No one seems to know what they are doing there, in so far as prescription refills, and also keeping track of stock.Please save yourself a lot of grief and choose a different drugstore. The third star was given for the cosmetic section .Always out of 1 litre cream as well. But this is a digression.Terribly frustrating to deal with them.

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy! Clearly reading all the terrible reviews made it quite clear that customer service and attention to detail is far from even sub satisfactory.Every time we have gone to pick up prescription they have been incorrect, not ready, and zero customer service. I guess you can’t teach that as some people don’t have the social skill to empathize. perhaps owning up to the mistake and just telling your customers we will make it right.It’s very frustrating as my wife relies on her medication and to have multiple set backs is unacceptable. This particular Pharmacy needs a wake up call.
