Have stop in here regularly between jobs the customer service is hit and miss, twice they sold me hot food items that were raw. There bathroom is always a mess. It always looks like this every time I stop there. Back of the door and handle are black with dirt, poop stains on the toilet seat and a sink full of stains, this building it only a year or two there is no reason for this filth but the employees are busy on there phones to be bothered with cleaning

The Jamaican woman in the evening could use some tips on customer service. I came in one day and asked if I could get some tators and asked how long it would be to get some made fresh and just said over and over that they were made every two hours. The ones in the case looked dry like jerky. I went in there again to get some items and she refused to sell me cigarettes because my id was paper because I had just renewed and my previous licence was taken at time of renewal. Even though the two people ahead of me were not asked for ID. Not impressed. Maybe some training would be helpful. But it's ok I went elsewhere for my carton of cigarettes.

Starbucks was closed so I went in for a Coffee, staff was nice enough but the creamer was not on ice and curdled in my coffee. none of the regular 711 amenities for coffee no flavor creamer. was just a terrible experience

Cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a 711 in a long time. Quick friendly service very clean store

The washrooms are by far the worst I’ve ever seen…. That aside, good selection on products. I was sad to see that they don’t offer the sugar free slushy that other 7/11s do

I feel sorry for the Grande Prairie ppl that all they have is trash convience stores, especially this one. Every where else 7/11s have food, condiments, slushys and the staff aren't disgustingly rude. Who is the store owner?!

Went in this evening, waited in line like everyone else, patiently. When I got to the front of the line, the cashier that was ready for customers (an older heavyset redheaded female(?) cashier) called the gentleman behind me in line, and I then had to wait longer. Poor customer service, slow, and unfriendly staff.

Payed 25$ for some items and 15$ of fuel, the lady at the till couldn't understand what 91octane was and entered the fuel wrong 3 times, then said I had to pay again to reset the pump and I'd get a refund of my 15$It's been well over 24 hours and I have yet to get a refundAlso, the balding guy with the thick accent and feminine voice constantly gives attitude and screws up fuel octaves and orders. This place is going downhill

Went to the till with my purchases and also asked for a couple of taquitos that were on the roller. The lady doesn’t let me know that they weren’t ready (which there is about five other flavours I could have picked a different one). I am standing there for 5+ minutes then had to say what’s going on here.. and they ignore me and don’t say anything. Then I’m like look just forget the food I’ll get gas and pay for the rest. Then they put the amount of gas in and thought I already paid for my drinks so I could have left with about 30$ in other goodies free if I wasn’t nice enough to say something. Then as I’m paying she brings me my taquitos “free of charge” as I was visably annoyed; however, it looked like all she did was microwave them so they were mushy and gooey and not even staying rolled up. Absolutely disgusting. So anyways if you want to stand around for 20 minutes getting no service go there.

Big gulp syrups? Empty. All of them. Hot dog dressings? Not happening. Empty. We don't fill those here sorry
