Very professional and easy to get ahold of. They did excellent work for us. We had a backsplash and a tile shower put in by them. Both were well done and look amazing. If they can't do all the work themselves, they'll hire the right people to get the job done.

We loved our experience with North Tech. Every step was a positive one from the very first interaction for design & planning with Rob. To the installation with Chris, personable, knowledgeable and a true perfectionist. We could not have been more pleased with our oasis and excited for their expertise with our main bathroom.

Rob is the worst he never paid me after I quit for him home owners that I met were usually mad at him definitely do not recommend him at all. Worked with carpet one in north bay after they’re all great and honest people would recommend just calling them.

Rob and crew have been looking after our fishing lodge for over 20 years. North Tech has the selection to satisfy any need, but more importantly they go above and beyond with service, creativity and attention to detail. It is a distinct pleasure dealing with them and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Contracted North-Tech to replace a bath tub with tiled shower and I couldn't' be happier. Great tile selection at competitive prices. Rob and his crew were very professional, courteous, accommodating and helpful. They finished within the estimated time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and hire them again for other renovation. Shout out to John Cote and Tim - great work !

We had North Tech tear out the floor from our entire main floor and install a beautiful 24x48 tile. Rob was extremely helpful with tile selection, sizing, etc. His crew were extremely professional, clean, and punctual. Rob also helped us with coordinating different trades as the flooring reno forced us to do a few other things to the house. Our older home looks brand new and we could not be happier. This was the first renovation cheque I was happy to write!

Our experience with this company was mixed (mostly poor). The owner is friendly and the store carries a diverse array of tiles. We appreciated the wide selection and front-end experience, but in hindsight would’ve traded these aspects for better advice, professionalism and attention to detail.Our project involved new heated tile flooring of our entryway, kitchen and laundry room (with two-piece bath). We selected a charcoal tile.Two subcontracted Master Tile Installers came to lay our in-floor heating and floor tile. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. Sadly, our positive experience ended there.Rob - the owner and our main point of contact --managed to botch every aspect of the project. He promised us a custom-made wood transition between our hardwood floor and the tiles, and without consulting or informing us - he altered the plan. He ordered and put in the wrong colour of grout on half our tile. We, despite our irritation - were so impressed with his Master Tilers, that we elected to do more.We then contracted North-Tec to do a tiled accent wall in our 2-piece bathroom and expected the same high-quality work to be done by the Master Tilers (Allan & Tim). Unbeknownst to us, Rob pulled them off our job - and assigned an absolute rookie. This young fellow was clearly guessing at how to install tiles. He was butter-backing tiles and started from the TOP of the wall (clearly not understanding the effects of gravity). Needless to say, the wall was a disaster.I told the young installer to stop working on several occasions and yet he continued. Ultimately the whole wall had to be ripped down and completely redone - but Rob kept resisting doing the right thing (which would have been MUCH faster). Rob attempted to short-cut every possible way, in order to put his profits ahead of meeting our expectations.Finally, Rob sent his Master Tilers back to review the wall (after the many botched fixes")... and they both stood in my bathroom and agreed that it was awful. They said they would gladly fix the wall for FREE - IF Rob gave them the materials - which they wagered would be about $300 worth of tile.In the end

We have just finished a master bathroom Reno using Rob and his crew from North Tech. From the first time we walked in their door until the last of the work was completed, North Tech and their crew were always professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Ryan, the tile installer is an artist, and our walk-in shower is spectacular. Because they have all the trades needed lined up, the job completion was seamless with the no time wasted waiting for contractors to show up. We would have no hesitation hiring this company again in the future.
