There are absolutely no budget options available for dog food. 5.99 a tin for dog food is insane. When I told my concerns to staff they didn't seem to care.

My girl sniffed everything she possibly could. And the staff helped me figure out which chew treats had no chicken since my girl has a fowl allergy

Very rude girl at the counter, I had coupons from Acana 1 for joining and 1 for my dogs birthday, I was told very rudely that I could not use them because I was using a Petvalu coupon, which she took both my spend $75 coupon and my spend $150 coupon, I don't understand why all 3 couldn't be used, 1 from petvalu the other 2 are from Acana 2 separate companys. Didnt offer to pick the bag up and put on the counter for me or carry to my vechile, I get that kind of excellent service at the st thomas store I won't be back very bad customer services I think some dealing with customers training needs to be done

Great products, Canadian made. Lots of health care options for creams, ointments and supplements. Staff are always friendly and offer helpful suggestions. They stand behind thier products and allow returns if your pet doesn't like the food or treats

What can you say about PetValu. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and when you buy almost anything…if it doesn’t work for you, simply return it for a refund. WOW…..I mean, how can you ever go wrong. I purchased a bag of dog food, the dogs were not overly fond of the food, and so PetValu took it back and sent me on my way with a new bag at no charge. Obviously as long as the price of food is the same. Same with chew toys. Such a incredible customer service business.Keep up the great work.
