Beachside Bikes

So after ordering off their website, I get a phone call nearly a week later stating some of the camo I ordered is no longer available. I then waited 2 weeks to be reimbursed with no luck.I phoned the company and requested a refund. 2 days later I received an email stating they shipped 3 items and would receive the remainder back on my card.2 weeks late the money showed up on my visa.... 3 weeks after that I Recieved a notification that Canada Post has my package at a depo.When I went to pick it up, the box looked like it was run over.... and then I was told I owed $40 in shipping..... From Peigon lake Alberta to Edmonton.This gigantic 2 foot by 1 foot box contained a 1 lightweight vest, 1 light weight jacket and one light weight pant. What on earth is going on?

Worst buying process ever, when you buy a 6500$ electric bike you would expect to have some follow up regarding status of your order. They don’t respect their own policy as they are written on their website, told me several time that my bike was on it’s way but never receive the tracking number and never get back to me, I had to threaten them to cancel my bike to finally get an email back, they even told me once that if I want to cancel they would have to charge me for the return back to them and I realize that it has never been shipped so they’ve been lying to me all the way so it’s pretty frustrating to see that I’ve been losing 5 weeks with them. Luckily I couldn’t rate 0 star because that’s how I judge my experience with them.

Such an impressive small business run by an equally impressive young man!! My experience was a 10/10 from our very first interaction, check them out for great service and great fun!!
