The Groom Room

What a great experience! We have a rescue who hates baths and getting her nails trimmed. No place else could coax her to get her nails done, yet when I picked her up they were all nicely trimmed! Yes, there was a challenge yet, they preserved! Our pup looked fantastic. Great fur trim and the patience they had with her was fantastic! I highly recommend!!!

Full disclosure, we were disappointed when we first saw Teddy's new haircut because we hadn't wanted a short cut that made him look more 'poodle'. He's a Cobberdog which is a Labradoodle and Wheaton Terrier mix for reference. We like the shaggy look and wanted his hair just a little bit shorter and brushed out to prevent matting.In all honesty, I was tempted to write a negative review based on our initial shock at how short his hair was cut. That being said, the cut itself is excellent, regardless of our personal preference. Hair grows back. So I have to write this review based on the expertise of the service provided.Teddy (our puppy), is 10 months old and he had a stress free experience at The Groom Room which is a huge plus. He came home soft, happy and smelling a lot better than he did going in. For that, we're thankful. Moreover, we're very happy that he wasn't stressed out which can happen with some groomers.Was the cut what we wanted or asked for? I can't say it was. Did he get groomed as needed for his wellbeing? Yes. Was it a good experience for Teddy? Absolutely.While we may not return simply from personal preference, I can recommend The Groom Room if you're looking for a clean, stress free environment for your puppy's grooming.

it is always great my dog looks amazing every time and the lady that runs it is very nice and professional and I've never had an issue with my dog being hurt or stressed after being there and I recommend the Groom room to all the people I know who have pets and her prices are very good for what service is provided
