Doctor is good but receptionist is so RUDE. She needs treatment very urgent. I will recommend the receptionist to go see the doctor.

The receptionists were very accommodating and flexible when it came to rescheduling my appointment, especially when it was my mistake! Great staff and it's very efficient given that it's usually quite busy! Great experience.

Dr. Ginglesis is an amazing person and a dr. I saw her during my pregnancy she was my Obgyn. I wish she could take new patients as medical dr because all my family would go to her. If you are looking for Obgyn dr I recomend her in a 1000% .

We were 15 minutes late, like other white patients, ladies do not acknowledge natives anymore, we were told to wait, other 2 white patients were 20 minutes late, were still sitting here

I have been seeing Dr. Wismark on and off for nearly 10 years. She was dealing with my mental health but now that I have moved away and am pregnant, I do phone calls with her often because she is way better of a doctor than any i can find in cold lake. She is the most amazing doctor.
