CanGas Propane

5 weeks ago I took a propane tank here to get a new valve put on. I was told 2-3 weeks. I kept calling only to be told the same thing, maybe next week, we are busy.Last week the manager was to be looking into where my tank is but never called back.Today I went in, just to be yelled at that someone picked it up 2 weeks ago...without my tag number, phone number or name. They had to give me a new tank after the rude woman at the counter yelled at me, we don't have new tanks.Obviously they don't follow their own procedures, when I was told I need my tag number to pick it up.I live in a big rv but couldn't run my furnace at night through this cold snap so frozen water everyday.No apologies from this place, just rude staff

Friendly, efficient service. When Inquiring about products they were very knowledgeable and honest. They didn't try to up sale. Ordered propane one day and the next morning it was delivered. Can't get better service than that.

Big Ole thumbs down for canwest! Kamloops is experiencing low of minus 19. We waited over a week for propane, you lost or forgot to log our order, I get it **** happens! but instead of an appology I got a lecture on when I should fill my tank! You don't deserve the one star I gave you... but I can't post a review without giving you one!

Terrible company to deal with. Highly over priced. Insane wait times and no accountability. Do not recommend. Pogo for life!

Called looking for a certain propane fitting and what horrible customer service. Instead of just telling me they don't carry it I got a whole speech about how its bullsh!t needing to use the fitting. Seems the guy thought his infinite knowledge is better than a manufacturers. No wonder this place gets terrible reviews.

Would have saved a lot of time and a bit of money if I would've came here first. Knowledgeable and good selection of bottles, hoses & fittings.

I just got off the phone with David. I was stuck in a gasfitting jam but once he heard my story he did everything he could to help me in real time. These guys are SUPER busy – for me to come to them with an urgent request is 110% on me. My expectations were low but fully exceeded by David's humanity, patience and willingness to help. I can't say they can work miracles but wow. Thank you to the CanGas team (and David, who is killing it).

Brutal customer service except for the fill up guy. He is GREAT! The blond/attitude inside isnt knowledgeable at all about simple products hanging on the wall. Reluctant desk workers in the back to be helpful. Poorly managed/inefficiently operated store. Hard to support local with a business not interested in its locals.

Forgot to check my tank was really low. They said they would try to fill it as soon as possible. They did it the same day! You guys rock thank you so much
