I've always had a good experience at the Port Perry store. Employees are always helpful and friendly. I was in the store today and James stood out above the rest. He didn't just point me in the right direction he WALKED me over to the two items I couldn't find. It's hard to find employees with his enthusiasm and customer care. If he worked for me I'd give him a raise and have him do workshops on customer service

Save yourself the hassle and don't order online from Walmart. They use loomis for delivery which has horrible reviews and a habit of losing packages or taking multiple weeks sometimes months to get around to delivering your package. Its been a frustrating experience

Dairy fridges smell disgusting. Hard pressed to find 1 fresh food item that wasn't moldy, rotten or expired. The staff member i talked to didnt seem to concerned about it. No cell service in or around this location. Worst walmart ever.

One if the Worst stores in the Greater GTA. This store is failing month by month since 2018. Staff is friendly but that's it. Never any product. When you can go down the street to Whitby and Uxbridge and find thens and selfs aren't empty. This comes down to poor management as far as I am concerned

You never have stock, the store is terribly mismanaged, you'll have 2 attendants at the self check out and like 4 machines open out of 10 and 6 people waiting in line, no where until you check out does anyone say baskets can't leave the store, so now I'm stuck carrying my things to my car because I didn't take a cart, bags are locked away and only available upon request, this has become to most annoying customer experience I've had, Walmart and especially this location have gone severely down hill from what I already thought was retail rock bottom

Nearly every time I go here the bagged salads are cleaned out along with quite a bit of the produce. This past visit they've tried passing off some zombie meat as edible ground beef. It would be a tolerable place to shop if they could keep produce on the shelves, I think the community has outgrown the size of this Walmart.

This store is very mismanaged and very messy. Always has full metal trollies full of boxes in the isles can never get through the store easy. Produce is never good and selection is always the same boring stuff
