Bring back Shannon .D!!! She is the best work they ever had !!Very very bad case workers. The supervisor ls miserable they keep saying your not doing your part" but cant define what I am not doing right. . They affect my mental health bad talking to me like I'm stupid and don't know my rights ... single mom

They actively keep my daughter away from her terminally ill mother, and despite the fact that she is often bedridden or in the hospital they still force her to come into the office just to see her an hour or so a week. They seem to be completely unaware of the impact this may have on a child, and are unwilling to provide any accommodations for the mother. Absolutely disgusting organization.
