We renovated our condo kitchen, bathroom, and floors with Model Living and they made the renovation process really easy. From design to construction, they were very communicative throughout and transparent about what would be delivered. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted and worked closely with ML’s in-house designer to achieve our goals but if you don’t, they also provide a catalogue of options.We’re very happy with the result, which was delivered on time and within budget. Post renovation, we did run into some issues with our sink and some aesthetic touches but ML responded very quickly to resolve them.

Model Living did a complete kitchen reno for me, including new hardwood throughout the main floor and other details. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The planning was thorough and organized. Even when dealing with multiple individuals throughout the process, everyone was great to deal with and very responsive. The kitchen design process was very easy. The suggestions provided turned out great. The quality of the cabinets seems very high, I've been very impressed so far. They look great, everything fits properly and closes smoothly. The products suggested look great and good options were provided, so I could stay within my budget. All of the crews and workers were respectful, I had no concerns with them being in my house. Great team, great experience.

If you had asked me immediately after our renovation, I would have recommended this company without reservation. Design, quality of materials, communication, contractor partnership and workmanship were amazing.HOWEVER, our kohler shower/bath faucet switch over apparatus was found to be faulty, and didn’t work after a handful of uses. Model Living assured us it would be dealt with in a timely manner. They reportedly ordered in a replacement part and They gave us one time slot to have it done last minute on a long weekend Friday which we could not accommodate. Since then (many months) they have failed to reply to countless emails, phone calls and voicemails.To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.Be cautious of committing to this company for a renovation.

It was a true pleasure working with the Model Living team for my kitchen and powder room renovation. Each step of the process was clear, and the team was diligent in communicating changes or reiterating plans. I was initially nervous for cabinet selection, but was blown away by the quality of their selection, and ended up moving forward with the first cabinets suggested. The entire renovation was completed in the exact timeframe and budget quoted, with requested changes in scope accommodated happily. I would work with this team again in a heartbeat. 10/10 would recommend!

We renovated our ktichen and 2 washrooms with ML and are very pleased with the final outcome. Materials used were high quality and beautiful, and fulfilled the design and functions that we communicated. With infinite material options in the market, we were grateful to have their catalogue to narrow down our options.Contractors (Sina and Amir) were AMAZING to work with - professional, meticulous, super-efficient, highly skilled; they approached everything as if this were their home that they were renovating. Greatly appreciated that they took the time to protect our floors, and even vacuumed when necessary.Grateful for the ML team who accompanied us from start to finish. They were patient with our budget senstive mindset, even allowing us to stray off-catalogue to accommodate a budget challenge we faced with the washrooms. They checked-in frequently during the contstruction phase, ensuring that we were satisfied with the progress. Most importantly, any challenges and concerns we had were addressed and actioned with fairness and respect.

I worked with Model Living to have my condo bathroom renovated. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the renovation was very smooth. This was the first time I’ve worked with a contractor in any kind of renovation and their expertise, professionalism, and processes were all very organized including the use of their platform that records every detail, communication, and milestone of the entire renovation process. The planning and procurement process with Diana was easy and stress-free, the construction work by Slav and Raphael was excellent. They were extremely hardworking, and we were very impressed by the pre-and post clean up everyday. The entire renovation process exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with our basement bathroom renovation. The entire process went smoothly from first contact with Diana until completion of the job. Luciano was very helpful in coordinating the scheduling and keeping us informed. Contractor Mike was on time each day and worked diligently, completing the job in 9 working days. Some costs can add up quickly due to the high quality of the materials.[] Overall cost was higher than other quotes we received[] 3D renderings were slightly disappointing. Model Living provided a stock template (pictures attached) with selected materials, rather than rendering our actual desired layout. When deciding on materials, it was difficult to decide since our layout was different from that of the rendering.

Using Model Living for our kitchen renovation was the best move yet!From the very first meeting with the team, we had a good feeling about them. We had a full bathroom renovation completed just before the holidays and we absolutely love it. It was a huge job that involved removing a sauna and bringing new pipes to a completely separate area and they did it all seamlessly It was the most amazing reno experience we have had. Model living was so professional right from the start. The design team had great suggestions and responded quickly to any outstanding questions we had to keep us on schedule. The team gave us a detailed schedule for ever step and each team that came in was so professional and very respectful of noise (as my son was home during a lot of the work) I cant reccommend this company enough if you want to renovate as they are the full package and do a really amazing job! We are already discussing hiring them again for our other bathroom!
