Best experience one can have at the hair dresser! All the staff are super sweet and make you time so much better. Jenna does an amazing job on my hair every time I go and see her. I was a new client (forever one now :’) ). My appointment was with Jenna and she was amazing. From the beginning she made sure I was comfortable and was thorough about making sure I received exactly what I was trying to explain. She talked me through the entire process of what she was doing and how I was feeling. Although she had finished and I was happy with the result she wanted me to love it and booked me in before they opened because she knew I was leaving on a trip very soon. After that appointment she left me grinning from ear to ear. She genuinely shows that she loves her job and her clients. Will be booking with her and recommending her to anyone who asks about my hair. It’s been years since I got my hair done so she made this very memorable.

When you have short hair it can be tricky to find the right stylist, someone who really 'gets' you and your hair. I have been going to ASK hair Studio every 5 - 8 weeks for over 2 years...to keep my hair awesome! From roots to cuts, Lisa always nails it. The salon vibe is fantastic, but this talented and vibrant crew of women really make the shop what it is! I am confident to have my short hair cut by the talented Gloria and Jamie, they also never disappoint! Keep up the great work ladies!

Ask Hair Sutudio is truly Richmond's finest. I've been visiting the Salon for over a year now and I am so happy to have found a stylist, Erin, who is creative, kind, and willing to embrace my requests. I always feel taken care of and pampered with every cut and style. Also, you can tell the team is like a family which makes it the friendliest place to visit as well.Best salon in Richmond, hands down.Still the best haircut in Richmond!

I was in search of a new stylist and got recommended Jenna- she is the absolute best! I always leave with exactly what I wanted done to my hair and feeling great. Its always a relaxing and welcoming environment in Ask as well. Great front desk service too!

My stylist arrived 5 minutes past the start of my appointment time. Normally this wouldn't have bothered me, but she walked past me in the waiting area, with Starbucks in hand, and didn't acknowledge me, the only person waiting and her first client of the day at 10:30am. She didn't really engage with me the entire session, which I attributed to her being tired. I get it, we've all been there. When I left her chair, she turned to the other stylist and said Ugh
