I wish I’ve could give them -5 star for this services they provide it’s just a joke dealing with these guys. I bought a hino 308 from these guys for 28,000 I just drove the truck 5k and they cheated me by quick fixing the ABS sensor light so because of that my transmission failed and cost me $10000 to replace the transmission plus I paid $3000 to Hino dealership for fixing my ABS problems.so try to avoid these guys. Don’t waste your money or get inspection from Hino dealership.

Visited this place to buy toolbox to install at a side for my moving trucks, I went different places before the price was way high but here I found the same size brand new for almost half price, they helped me to carry them to the truck.Recommended

Sure seems like they spend a lot of time and resources into hiding major and any and all issues for the sale. Spent over 10000 on repairs a month after my purchasing a what they said was fully inspected great condition truck.They do just enough to get it off the lot I reckon. Soon enough the symptoms of the major engine and other issues were apparent. Not much later did the fresh spray of paint they put over all the rust started to bubble away. Cherry on topIf that doesnt tell you enough I dont know what will.Watch out for Brian im sure hell hustle people until the day someone dies do to a failure like I had on one of the vehicles he sells. Or maybe hell keep going even then god knows he doesnt have the morals to be bothered

I won't recommend these guys to anyone.While sales thwyt run after you a d right after sales ( which in my case was not complete sales as they put a used rail gate which hardly works and when I got them to check they said it would be charged and I said it was installed by you guys recently how come it's working like this and the truck was not used for many weeks and it was parked in parking lot.We bought the truck from these guys and thought it's ok to spend money and when I said yes to his estimate of $500 to fix it he said he can't do it and it would be more to fix this kind of gate.They didn't put a folding platform and did a improper installation of the gate we took to another shop in langley and they charged us $1800 to fix this gate . NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS...they want to rip you off.

Excellent Customer Service. My transaction was honest and to the point. Was looking for a truck box, not only did I find exactly what I was after the company is now in charge of install. Along with install we are getting a new loading ramp and a few other knick knacks like undermount side tool boxes and door repair.I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Brian who was thorough and didn't mind looking into any and all requests I threw at him. Prices where fair and I feel at ease having these individuals prepare my truck for a hopeful successful and prosperous year.Along with a fully active mechanical shop they also offer welding and most any kind of truck related repair services. I also noticed they have a fully stocked parts area and if not in stock they will happily order.I have had the pleasure of previous transaction with this company in the past and have had the same unmatched service. Our last purchase was a transmission for a cab-over W5500 and after installing a few years later is still in tip top shape. A warranty was also offered.I have decided to utilize an additional service which they offer by having this truck certified. Truly a one stop shop for truck owners.Our current truck is a 2013 Isuzu NRR which will be married with a 2017 20' Summit dry box along with a loading ramp. I will be posting our timeline progress as it happens and any updates to my experience.

Brian operates like a criminal and the whole place runs like an greasy vehicle flipping operation. Dont be surprised at rolled back odometers, unsafe vehicles. Spray painting over rust, say full inspections have been done, well take a close look before you buy dont trust their inspection. Check the engine and transmission very well. And everything ! Better yet believe me dont buy from them you will regret it. Even if you read how they respond to critisim here it shows some red flags but trust me.The 'great ready to work fully inspected' truck they sold me barely lasted a month.I have Brian on audio and camera going on with his little schemes about their trucks and inspections. And my review keeps dissapearing somehow but I will keep coming back and putting it back until the end of time Brian, just for you!And just remember somehow they have a 3 star but anyone can get their friends to leave a few good reviews here acting as customers......

Very Professional.....Purchased a 5 ton Hino customized for our use. Such a great experience. 6 years later called them up and asked if they were interested in buying it or sell it for us. Brian came to our shop picked up the vehicle , detailed it , serviced it and sold it a couple weeks later for a price I was very comfortable with.Pleasure to do business with Right Truck Sales and Service .We'll definitely be back to do business again .Cheers!

Sold me truck that upon sitting at home for 2 days then starting smoking blue like crazy for 20 minutes. Does same on all startups nowNeeds new engine or full rebuild. Realized what Brian and his crew likely did was run the truck often and in the same day I came to test and buy. If it runs that day it wont smoke again until it sits for a day or twoDont give a penny to this shop they are bad people
