So very disappointed with this location in recent months. The staff are so unfriendly and even rude. Waiting for your order becomes a trauma, as it is long to get your food and it is rarely what you asked for. We were served by the manager on one occasion and this was the worst yet. Never appears to be a shortage of staff, but evident their priority is the drive thru. So, we are giving up on this location. We then went to the location further down on St. Jean Baptiste. Super friendly staff and we received what we ordered. However, they were closing the store at 2:00pm due to a shortage of staff. However, they did not post a sign on the door. We have now relocated to the location on D'anjou. Staff are polite and we received what we asked for. However, they were greatly lacking muffins, donuts and bagels. I understand these are trying times, but quality of service should not be this bad.

Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order and the short, blonde manager refused to make it even after I confirmed it went to that store address and gave her the order number. Won’t be going here again.

The worst Tim Hortins ever… that should be enough. Never have a visited this location and they got my food right. Always missing items, no cutlery or just blatant wrong orders. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

Service here is often slow due to them being understaffed.Unless you're going through drive through, you'll be waiting a long time to get your order.Other than that, they are really great people and are super sweet.I often passed by with my dad and the people there were really kind and memorable.

Horrible service. They never get the orders right at the drive-thru. Whenever something is missing they never inform about it. February 25th around 4pm, the cashier(guy) upfront was rude. He took the order wrong and blamed us for it. We asked for a bunch of croissants as it is, instead they opened them and put so much butter on them which made them unusable. We ended up throwing everything away. Never seen such horrible service. Management need to train crew better.
