Metrotown Mazda was my first car dealership in BC, and I’m pretty satisfied with their customer service. Respectful people, very friendly, and always offering the best financial options that suit your situation.Troy was my salesman and he really helped me a lot. The car took a while to get delivered, but that was due to supply and demand challenges of today’s car market everywhere; nothing to do with this particular dealership.Highly recommended. They also help a lot on pick up day and are very hospitable when u get there. If you wanna get a Mazda, this dealership offers u unique services and shopping experience.

Mazda is a nice brand, but I regret buying Mazda from Metrotown Mazda Plaza. I think the beautiful Mazda brand is a toy in the hands of insurance workers who have sworn not to be polite. They transferred me to an insurance company called Hub as if I were a victim. The woman's speech on the phone was extremely humiliating, and I was seriously uneasy as I thought buying a car was a pleasure. This purchase bothered me so much that I sold my Mazda Cx 5 unfortunately. I don't think I can deal with them, because they are used to saying miscommunication all the time.

After a let down (at a non-Mazda related dealership), I was feeling pretty deterred about purchasing a vehicle. Metrotown Mazda changed that for me and I can't give them enough stars!Troy gave us the best service, explaining every detail about the CX9 without being pushy. His no pressure passion for Mazda is refreshing to see. He conducted our transaction with complete transparency, printing off copies of contracts for me to keep (without me having to ask)!Navin assisted us with our financing and we had a wonderful chat while doing so.Overall I left with a super good feeling about my purchase. Took the Mazda on an 8000km roadtrip to Denver right away. Great vehicle which served us well for sleeping in the back of.I highly recommend this dealership. I’ve been driving Mazdas for about 7 years and have only had good experiences from both sales and service departments. Buying my CX-9 most recently with help from Gary and Nav was a pleasure with no pressure and even though they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in stock, they managed to locate and bring in my exact request from elsewhere within less than a week. Brad Jackson has single handedly kept me as a loyal customer to the service department with my cx-5 and now my cx-9. Any issue I’ve ever had (because things can’t be perfect 100% of the time right?) he’s been sure to help correct immediately. They’re always quick getting my car serviced so I can be on my way without waiting very long. I love to drive my mazda, and grateful for a reliable place to have it serviced!
