Apple Self Storage - Saint John North

I am very happy with my climate controlled unit,everything is safe and dry. The manager at Woodward is a really nice and informative man and easy to work with and explains everything you need to know. 5 stars.

I was moving from Toronto to Saint John and David at the store was very helpful during my many calls to the office before I arrived. He explained everything and made my move very easy. I really appreciate all the help that he gave me.

My Apple Self Storage experience at the Saint John, NB, North location has been excellent. I have had some great deals on both of my units which I signed up for online, thus getting really good web rates. Payment has very easy through e-transfer and my rates have not increased yet since I signed up  in 2022. Though there will eventually be an increase in the fall, it is a very small increase and certainly more than fair considering that your costs have increased as well and will increase again here and there.  It's also good to have plenty of notice because I have plenty of time to plan ahead for that increase in price.I love having 24 hour, 7 days a week access and my unit is very safe and secure. My unit is a great size , not only allowing me to store valuable things of my own, but also things I have purchased for friends of mine who are less fortunate, until I can give these things to them when its good for them, as I myself live in a somewhat small dwelling and wouldn't normally be able to keep that amount of stuff in there.Finally, I would like to say that I have been treated  incredibly well by the manager, David Wells. He was a great help when I applied because I was experiencing some difficulty with the application process, because I was new to e-transfers and online payments, and I wasn't properly prepared; that was on me. He even went as far as to contact me when I left my storage unit unlocked once because I forgot to slide the latch to right before I put my combination lock on, and I gave him the combination. He unlocked the lock and then slid the latch over and locked it back up, though at my request he also took a picture of the contents of my unit and sent it tom via email to show that all of my stuff was still there. He also gave me great deal on an alternative unit when the second unit I signed up for had an issue when he went to inspect it, to make up for the inconvenience.  He is always very friendly, sociable and approachable and I am always able to see him in his office during business hours and get answers to any questions I may have. I think that if it were feasible, he should be overseeing multiple sites in Saint John because I feel he is absolutely fantastic at his job.Thank You,Jason BelyeaSaint John, New Brunswick

Convenient location. Well kept units and just the size I needed. Easy to access 24-7. Dave at SJ North End location was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He got me set up easily and was always nice to see him behind the desk and have a chat. Would rent storage again from there if ever needed.

It was easy and practice. David showed me everything I need to know to access, guide me to my spot and explain very well. Clear space, ventilated, all working great.

David was very friendly, helpful, and professional! The location is convenient for anyone living in Millidgeville and the facilities seem secure and well-monitored.

David the manager delivered top notch service and gave the best locker solution for my needs. I greatly appreciate his kindness and guidance and I strongly recommend this establishment because of him. Thanks a million David!

I had the storage for about a year and the experience was fantastic! Easy access and communication was quick and convenient via email.

Met with Dave at the storage center and he was a great help. He made the process easy and was very helpful. He walked us through the different storage units and our options. The whole place is very clean and we felt good about our choice to store our stuff here.
