I am so glad we found Salus hearing. Dr Sabrina and her colleagues were amazing from the beginning. They showed us kindness and patience and gave us the one thing no one does anymore. They gave us their time. Prior to meeting the Salus team, my mother wasn't given much information about what was happening to her and as such, she was so afraid. The Salus team took the time to explain about tinnitus and hearing loss and answered all of the questions that my mother and I had. We had so many questions but felt better once we had the information we needed to move forward. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything and were given options and as much time as we needed to make decisions. My mother decided for herself which she found empowering. Her hearing aids have been a life changer. The strategies and reassurance Dr. Sabrina also provided my mother with about tinnitus have allowed her to sleep again. It's been a few months since my mother has had her hearing aids and we have had several questions pop up along the way. The Salus team have continued to care for us with the same level of kindness. Every call and email answered right away and even quick pop ins to the clinic when necessary. I would highly recommend the Salus team. They really do care and provide excellent health care services.

I needed a quick ear wax rinse and was excited to have a mini hearing assessment as well. Salus has high tech equipment and I was able to see the inside of my ear!! So informative.Sabrina and her team are knowledgeable and sensitive to client needs. I highly recommend them.
