Our outdoor electrical outlets were not working. I called to book an appointment. The person on the phone took the time to ask me questions and got me to take a picture of our electrical panel. He was able to talk me through a quick fix. Saved me a lot of money. I will definitely call them again!

Shawn was super polite, professional, and awesome at what he does!! our doorbell didn't work when moved into our new house and he took time out of his evening to help us. I highly recommend All Red Electric to everyone! easy to work with and cost effective!

My new house needed upgrades to the aluminium wiring and I was pretty worried about the cost and the time it would take to complete the work.With short notice the team at All Red Electric saved the day!!! They were on time, professional, experienced, cost effective, friendly and knowledgeable. If you need an electrician trust these guys, they were fantastic! I will definitely call them again when I renovate.

Katie came out today to fix some work that another contractor had done incorrectly. She did a wonderful, thorough and professional job, and explained the process to me the whole way through as well as showing with her tools how it was now done correctly. After being burned by the other contractor, I really appreciated her time and attention to detail as well as her professional knowledge. Would definitely recommend!

Shawn saw a post I made on Facebook that I needed help with a simple light switch problem that just needed wire correction. He messaged me and we worked the problem over the phone on his personal time with his daughter. I am grateful that he took time from his life outside of work to help me. Highly recommend this company because they value the importance of their clients.

We hired All Red to do some electrical outlets and lights in our basement. Katie convinced me that we should put dimmer switches in the room that will eventually be an entertainment room. After the install one of these dimmer switches shocked me pretty good. Katie came out and replaced the switch. A couple months later we noticed that dimmer switch was causing surges to a pre-existing light in another room. Every time this dimmer switch was used, the other light would glow and flicker. We called All Red as the work they did was still under warranty. Katie decided that the “ghosting” had nothing to do with the dimmer switch, even though that was the only time that light had any issues. Katie blamed the issue on the light fixture, claiming the soldering was poor and that it’s because the light fixture was bought at Home Depot. That light fixture had no issue for years until Katie added dimmer switches on the same circuit in the other room. All Red was called out to investigate the dimmer switch that was under warranty and without permission changed the wiring to the light in a separate room that was affected by the dimmer switch. We ended up having to replace the light fixture that the dimmer switch on that circuit fried. We also ended up with a $200 bill from All Red for the visit and unauthorized work that Katie did. After the visit we had the cost of removing the dimmer switches so we don’t end up with more issues on that circuit. The work All Red did was sloppy. Things were done without permission. When I let Katie know that I was unhappy with the surprise bill, she wanted to explain to me why I had called her out in the first place. I was very clear with my call to both her boss and Katie that it was to investigate the dimmer switch. Katie was very rude on the phone and I let her know and then told her I was done discussing it. She continued her unprofessional behaviour by texting and calling again after I had clearly stated I was done. I would not recommend them at all.
