One Heart Care

There is no way to get hold of this office. I've been waiting for half hour and I am still caller #7, down for caller #9. I had an appointment, but got really sick about two hours prior. Trying to let them know is impossible. Now I can't cancel or come in, because of the time wasted.

I was there for my annual follow-up. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Parking was easy but $6.00.Waiting area was nice and big. Staff at registration counter used a speaker to talk to you at overly loud level so there was no privacy. Other patients could be able to hear your address, phone number and other information the staff giving out. Dr. saw me on time as booked.

After many tests and visits, my opinion of this facility and staff is extremely positive. From the assistants Serge, Meghan and a whole host of others I was overwhelmed by the friendly, caring and friendly atmosphere of the facility. Doctor Hannah Lee is a world class cardiologist that breaks down the diagnosis to layman’s terms and delivers first rate care and advice. Extremely impressed.

Clean and spacious. Staff were all nice and friendly. However, I feel appointments can be more efficient and mindful for the patients. I was referred from er for testing and when i came in for app, I just saw dr. for like 10 min. and was asked to book for another day for the tests. At this point, I was still cool as maybe this is procedure or something. After all the testings were done, I remembered dr. telling me if I dont hear from him, all is ok and I shouldnt need to come in for that already booked follow up, so I contacted to inquire where I was told to come in. Turns out, it was just 5 min to hear tests look ok. I mean I am glad all seems ok but hope this place can realize people are sometimes not well enough to keep driving in for visits, or other factors like some must use whole day off from work multiples times. Overall, looked like a great facility but was frustrating coming in several times for doing little things one thing at a time.

A great building and staff are wonderful. Fast service. New facility should have beds that can be lowered or adjusted when needed for patients or staff. Fixed beds are difficult for elderly using a step stool. Recommend changing all fixed beds to adjustable beds.

Fantastic facility, big and spacious, divided in pods and very organized, it's very clean and well conditioned, big washrooms waiting rooms have TV's and water. Has a large amount of staff. The only negative about this establishment is that the parking is paid when it doesn't have to be... Why are you making people pay for parking when the lot is already big enough?

The staff at this location were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cardiologists here are truly great, possessing remarkable expertise and knowledge in their field. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations of my diagnosis and treatment options. The lab technicians were equally caring and attentive.

Great clinic, well organized. Super clean and friendly staff. I've been there twice and have had great experiences. Parking is pay per hour. It's reasonable.. I think it's $7.00 per hour.

I really thought it was a good experience. The only problem was that the lady who does the stress test doesn't wear deodorant. Very nice otherwise.
