FedEx Ship Centre

Been using them for 12 years. Helpful staff and easy to find.Food for thought: they are human so some issues are out of their control. Location is a bit far but for me it's more peace of mind that my packages will be delivered.

Walked in there, wouldn’t create an account for me to ship a box. “Sorry sir, you have to do that online before you come in.” Went to a different Fedex Authorized Ship Centre, they made an account for me at the desk and shipped it.

would have loved to make shipment but I was advised to do something else, somewhere else, because was too much bother.... I though their specialty was international shipping... I had that idea... but looks that for some countries FedEx is good just for letters or small things to the States.. disappointing... I arrived and asked how much would it be to send two envelopes and the gentleman's answer was - too much"... ??!!! The money wasn't an issue... and I wasn't asking for a discount or anything... I left and my envelopes didn't even went into the scale.. I realized that that gentleman was not even going to give me an estimated... so I left taking my business somewhere else..."

Fedex is awesome. If I could use fedex for everything I order I would. They are incredibly fast and all 3 employees I have spoken with are incredibly helpful and respectful. Just got a package from UK to vancouver island canada in 4 days... how is that even possible? Thanks fedex!!

The staff member assisting me was great. He actually looked through a pile of free boxes for me to use, but none were appropriate. With this extra effort on his part, I was happy to buy a box to ship my items. It was nice to see a happy, helpful staff member going the extra mile for a customer at this busy time of year.

I was not home to receive a package that required a signature and so it was not delivered (which is completely understandable obviously), however the same day pickup option that is supposedly available was crossed out by the delivery driver. Why? Give me an explanation. Now the parcel is delayed 4 days. Great service fedex!

I wanted to drop a note to say how impressed I was with Kieran at the Fedex centre. I needed to organize pickups from one location, delivered to another location, with international shipping involved. Only some of that activity would have gone through his office, but he worked with me to get the right departments of FedEx involved to ensure that everything proceeded quickly, easily, and with the lowest cost. I would have had to spend a bunch of timing running around myself to accomplish the same thing, so it was so great to have someone helping me with the attitude that the job isn't done until the job is done. Bravo.

1 month ago FedEx driver lost my parcel, I tried to find it with FedEx support, but it was useless until I met Kieran, this guy took it seriously, and even when I gave up, he kept searching it and found it. He did everything for me to receive it in the same day and without any problem. He saved my expensive parcel. FedEx have really good support worker

I wasn’t home when a parcel was attempted to be delivered. No signature was required so they should’ve left it. But guess what? Not only was it not left but a card was not left either indicating delivery was attempted.I only found this out when I went to track it and turns out that hey it’s ready for pick up. Spoke with an agent who seemed really confused as to why it wasn’t delivered. Said that they would redirect it.It never got redirected, it’s currently sitting for pick up, in a location that I am unable to get to, and if I don’t pick it up, it’s apparently getting sent back. I’ve been trying to get a hold of FedEx on the phone for two days, but can’t get through.Horrific service all around
