I have had the pleasure of working with Ardavan and his team at Excel on three separate occasions. Service was timely (within 24-48hrs of filing a claim) and Ardavan made the process incredibly easy for me. I was updated frequently and never had to guess what was happening. I had the same phenomenal experience. The Excel team was on schedule, clean, and efficient. My office was built well and they put in a lot of effort to make sure the look of my office was consistent with the rest of my house.This past year, Ardavan and his team built an additional bedroom in my home to cater to our growing family. This was not an easy task as it required several permits, numerous inspections, structural engineers, and a whole range of trades workers. It ran smoothly and any concerns or questions I had were immediately addressed by Ardavan. The finished room looks like it has always been a part of my house. Friends and family are always amazed at how seamless it looks!Ardavan and his team take pride in their work, are extremely knowledgeable about what they do, and really care about giving great customer service. I highly recommend this company. The work was exemplary and Mike the supervisor was very detail oriented resulting in very good results. Ardavan was always available to talk to if you have any concerns and was very quick in addressing them. Best of all a work schedule was provided before the work started indicating all the details that is required. The job was also completed ahead of schedule.

They meticulously covered the entire garage with plastic sheeting to protect our belongings, ensuring everything remained clean and untouched throughout the repair process. I was genuinely impressed by their attention to detail and consideration for our space.The team tackled the job with utmost efficiency, opening up the damaged ceiling, cleaning it up, and drying it with air-blowing machines. They then proceeded to refill the area with insulation and new ceiling materials, taking extra care to match the original texture perfectly. After the repairs were completed, they repainted the ceiling, and I must say, it looks as good as new! I was thrilled with the seamless integration of the repair into the existing structure of the garage.Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but David and his team also completed both jobs right on schedule. We had a flood in our first floor and needed all restorations done by a certain date because an elderly in the house was going for a surgery and we needed quiet in the house. This company and all its contractors worked collaboratively to make it happen and delivered the promises they made on Day 1.Very Pleasant experience overall with great customer service....Impeccable communication!Here are a couple specific examples showcasing why we are satisfied.In the beginning of the project, the movers working with this company packaged our stuff with great care and caution, as if it was their own. They took pictures of the walls and rooms' layouts too. Once the job was done, they used the pictures to put everything back where they found it! No need for anyone to stay home to direct them on where to place our stuff...Half way through the project, the project manager/operations manager ended up leaving the country for an unforeseen cause, but the president of the company Ardavan took over his role and would get back to our requests/concerns pretty much on the same day...and, once the project was done, one of their staff came over to check the work that had been done for quality check purposes as well as to for a personable closure.These examples speak for themselves...We recommend them to anyone looking to restore their home.
