Not sure how this company got such a good rating. They have a phone number that dosnt connect to anyone, they dont answer emails or web messages. I dont even know how to get them to answer questions I have on the quote or to get them to pick up the order. Customer service is non existent, will be going with a company that actually cares to answer the phone.

The dispatch team is amazing, Harold and Tammy go above and beyond to fix errors, usually made by the customers. When issues occur, the sales reps get involved right away to ensure their clients shipments get processed properly. I would use them for my shipping needs.

I recently had a negative experience with the customer service of a certain company. The representatives were unprofessional and lacked proper training, leading to a frustrating and unsatisfactory resolution of my issue. The staff seemed disinterested in helping me and did not possess the necessary skills to effectively resolve my problem. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this company to others due to their poor customer service.

We have been working with Econofast for many years. They constantly go above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met. They call when there are unexpected events, they modify their processes to meet ours, and they respond quickly to our requests. I will continue to work with these guys and I recommend for you to do so also!
