Ryan was very responsive to my questions, usually answering email within a few minutes, and made the process very easy. The crew did a good job and cleaned up thoroughly.Updated: I have had a shingle curled up on my roof for about 3 weeks now. I emailed Ryan twice over two weeks and filled out a contact request on their website and have had NO replies yet. Very disappointing.
