Rocky Mountain Collision

I brought in my brand new Nissan Rogue. Someone backed into me :(. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Once they replaced and painted the bumper they were not happy with the color as it was a bit off. They prepped it and repainted it perfectly. They did not want it leaving their shop until it was right. HIGHLY recommend getting your vehicle fixed by them.

Had a weather-related dint on my Tacoma repaired at Rocky Mountain Collision - they were excellent to deal with, very professional, very organized. Top notch service from Steven (Stephen?) at the front desk. The repair to my door is flawless (looks like a brand new door!) and it was completed faster than scheduled... plus, it was a nice surprise to see the interior so clean when I picked it up. Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Collision.

Ran over a deer on the highway, damaged front bumper and underside of my car.Rockey Mountain literly delt with everything, ICBC and all. Was provided with a nice car while mine was being fixed. Repairs were spotless and they cleaned the car top to bottom, inside and out. The last time it was this clean was when I bought it from the dealership. Service was wonderful to boot.

The folks at Rocky Mountain Collision handled my repair and dealt with the person who ran into me to collect the costs with minimum effort on my part. The work was done on time and below budget. Their courtesy and professionalism was nice to see.

Stopped by the shop to make an appointment for an estimate. Was able to have estimate performed immediately. Received estimate via email within 1 hour. Ordered parts that day. Parts were in next day. Car went in for repair next day. Was provided a courtesy vehicle and interior of car was cleaned upon return - what a nice surprise! Awesome service and highly recommended!!!

I feel I have to contribute to share the many positive experiences I've had with RMC. I started using them for business/commercial auto repair, but I was so impressed with the service and care both the vehicles and myself were given that I chose to use RMC for my personal vehicle repair too. The work and the service were second to none. Thank you RMC.

Wasting time for waiting. They set the date to bring my car cause “the lady on desk” told me that they will have a courtesy car that we can use while my car is in there shop., I make sure and that lady for the date for tomorrow and she phoned 1week before for the appointment for tomorrow sept 23., then now sept 22 they phoned us that she’s telling that they don’t have a car/vehicle that we can use so they gonna move the schedule don’t know when again., Don’t set the date or appointment if your not sure., and the guy always answering the phone buddy don’t tell or rely to what she said “grace or the front desk lady” cause your not the one that I spoke before and your not the one who set the date for the appointment.I will not say yes for the date of the front desk lady didn’t confirmed to me about the courtesy car and she phoned 1 week before, don’t be RUDE buddy. Be proportional buddy
