Dr. Priya Kesarwani is a wonderfully talented surgeon and is one of the most caring considerate doctors I have met in years. She has changed my life after suffering with breathing difficulties from previous nose injuries for years. Immediately upon introduction at my first appointment I was at ease. She explains the procedure and the surgery in detail and always asks if you have questions. The after pain after surgery was not even notable. There are few doctors like her who are so kind and considerate. She is a blessing to the surgery profession.Dr. Keserwani is the best.

I saw Dr. Kesarwani for a thread lift in 2022. I was a bit skeptical because I'd heard mixed things of the results. But honestly - I am SO happy with the procedure and would 1000% recommend it to anyone. My results are natural, healing time was minimal, and Dr. Kesarwani was warm and professional (as were all the staff in the office).If you're considering a thread lift, I would highly recommend Cosmedical.

Excellent cosmetic surgeon. Instead of getting fillers go with a lip lift. It's permanent and the result is very natural. Looking younger. $2500! I looked everywhere and the lowest cost was $5000.She is professional, caring, very mild mannered Well worth the money.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Dr. Priya Kesarwani. For as long as I can remember, I've had minimal airflow through my nose, due to both the structure of my nose and a deviated septum, which meant I could only breathe through my mouth and I suffered from consistent nose bleeds and nasal discomfort. When I met with Dr. Kesarwani she recommended a rhinoplasty/septoplasty, which she later confirmed would be entirely covered by OHIP. My surgery date arrived around half a year later, and her office was very helpful with providing instructions and laying out expectations for recovery. After the surgery I had minimal bruising and minimal pain. My nose is now straight and I have complete airflow. I highly recommend Dr. Kesarwani to anyone suffering from similar symptoms who wants the best possible surgical experience and outcome. She has exceptional skill and cares deeply about her patients.

In April of 2022 I underwent a brachioplasty (arm lift), not for cosmetic reasons, but to improve my quality of life......my upper arms were huge, making daily tasks very difficult. I came to this clinic to see Dr. Atul Kesarwani for a tummy tuck with muscle tightening. I am not new to plastic surgery but the other surgeon I delt with had long waiting lists and in my opinion charges too much. I don't usually consider price as a barrier because I want the best work done on myself so I expect to pay a premium.However, after much research on real self I decided to see Dr. Atul because he specializes in this procedure and is one of the very few surgeons who also tightens obliques. I wanted a more hour glass contour on my body and WOW did he deliver!Dr. Atul exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier to have gone to him, he was the best decision. Not only are the results phenomenal but his team was very courteous to accommodate me on my tight time frame to get this done and the price was very reasonable!Bottom line is if you are looking for a tummy tuck and want to be snatched to the Gods this is your surgeon! I had a surgery with Dr. Atul Kesarwani that ended up leaving me with terrible, unnecessarily large scars (very long and wide incisions with burn/abrasion around them, that are not typical in this type of surgery).When I addressed my concerns with him, he was dismissive of my concerns and told me to come in for a follow-up app in 2 weeks, however he ignored my emails and refused to schedule a follow-up app. This shows how his attitude can change before and after selling the surgery.I have since visited other surgeons to get second opinion, most of whom called Dr. Kesarwani's work irresponsible" and "careless".I trusted him going into the surgery and now I'm saving up to fix the mess he created. He may have done a good job with other surgeries

I had an absolutely incredible experience in the hands of Dr. Kesarwani. She was incredibly professional, extremely kind, personable, very knowledgeable and was very eager to help me with my nose issues. I had spent a majority of my life with extreme difficulty breathing through my nose as well as numerous nose bleeds every day. Upon the first meeting with the Dr. she expressed what she would like to do in order to address my issues. After the first visit she took care of my nose bleed issue and a few weeks later was able to operate to fix my airways, and today I feel like a new man who is finally able to enjoy the ability to breathe out of my nose.
