Steve and his partner did a sewer inspection by putting a camera down the sewer access in my basement. Big colour monitor for us to see the progress. Fascinating! The camera hit the end of my property and the beginning of the city property at 84 feet. All clear! Yeah!

Wow. Just finished a large job for any homeowner. Had Trenchless guys doing sewer line replacement and additional plumbing and bathroom connections done by Drain Dr. Had used Drain Dr in the past for services also and have never had an issue. This recent experience was excellent and with the guys they sent in and equipment supplied it sure took a load off our shoulders. Just so pleasantly surprised actually on how smooth and fast the whole operation was handled. Thank you.

I had a leaking dielectric union on my 17-year-old hot water tank. Drain Doctor was the first to respond.Upon inspection, I was given the options of replacing the tank or just the dielectric fitting. I was advised that the tank was operating fine but would likely need to be replaced within a couple years. I chose to have them fix the leak, as it would give us hot water that evening, and would give me time to decide if I would like to change my current setup.Unfortunately, the fix did not work, likely due to the tank outlet being angled inwards (tank was collapsing), creating too much angle for the dielectric to seal.After a couple more trips out to try to stop the leak, I went ahead and had them change out both of my hot water tanks and the expansion tank. The install was straightforward, requiring minor adjustments to the venting and water lines.I am happy with the end result, but feel like they probably should have initially told me that replacing the tank was the only feasible option. This would have saved unnecessary cost and hassle for both parties. They did adjust the pricing slightly to account for the unnecessary work, which I consider fair. Every Drain Doctor employee I dealt with was friendly and respectful.I would recommend Drain Doctor for plumbing work as they respond promptly, have fair pricing, and stand behind their work.

Friendly, polite & professional workers. Explained the issues they found very well and explained how things would proceed with future required work. Worked quickly & efficiently. You can tell they have plenty of experience with what they do. I will definitely recommend Drain Doctor to friends & family.
