Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car was fine non-issue there, it came down to the first staff member we felt with when we rented the car. He did not let us know about some strange hold on our card that we had to authorize. Did not properly explain how the added coverage worked and was a bit meh. The customer service call centre rep was great and the young lady when returning the car was great too. It just came down to the one rep who just basically could not have cared or was just having a bad.

I've rented here twice and there were no problems at all. Everything was in order and according to my reservation. The second time I got a higher vehicle class than I reserved, presumably becuase that was what they had at the time. The staff are nice, and pick-up and return went smoothly both times.

Horrible experience. A reservation was placed 4 weeks before travel... I had flight delays but TRIED to call and provide updates to the staff as updates were being provided to us. I called before leaving Calgary, no answer on the phone. I called 6 times before leaving Toronto, no answer so both me and my partner left a separate voicemail. Upon arrival to the branch, no one was present even though all the other rental companies were still open. Myself and 4 other customers were left stranded and forced to use Hertz Rental cars.Upon returning to the airport branch to swap vehicles the following day, the customer service agent was unapologetic and unresponsive to our situation. We were offered an upgrade for $10.00 more a day, which at this rate they should be trying to salvage relations, which we declined. She then wrote a contact with the upgrade, explaining to us actually now it was free and not an upgrade, which we declined. Then she rented us a vehicle with damages larger than the damage indicator"

2 weeks in advance; Reserved car for 7pm. Car is not available at 8pm. Was advised car will be available in 25 minutes. Then all staff disappeared from the counter and nobody picks up the phone. 1 hour 40 minutes stuck here with two hungry children to get a car reserved 2 weeks ago. Shameful customer service. Worst experience ever.

I love using Enterprise in Quebec but that location in Moncton has horrible customer service. The nonchalant, uninformed very slow employee that unfortunately served us at the counter had no idea how to handle a corporate account reservation therefore he changed all the reservations and treated them (at higher price) as individual ones, making it impossible for our accounting to process. He has no clue how the company or even the system works and could not solve a problem for his life. In addition, a pair of prescription expensive sunglasses were left in a van and disappeared after only 1 hour of the drop off. They were no more in the van... but I was advised to call in the next 48 hours for it... INCOMPETENCE is really what triggers me.

Enterprise is the absolute best at car rentals. From their service when you book with them to their concern that your time with their vehicle was the best time you ever had. Enterprise is a full package deal.

Enterprise website failed by reserving what wasn't available. Todd went to work and got me on the road. Gave me a quote and stuck with it despite the effort of the drop off location to increase that fee.Great work!!

I booked and was charged for an intermediate vehicle . I was given an Ford escort hatchback. Very smell I can’t understand how this isn’t listed under compact Car. Very hard , uncomfortable ride.

Rented a Hyundai Elantra for two weeks. Smooth rental from beginning to end. Loved the car too! Super reliable on the roads around, which weren't always 100% paved or had a lot of pot holes.

Enterprise car rental. Fast service way both pick up and drop off. No issues at all. Clean car.
