I went in for the first time ever today and I was met with Joanne. Not only was she professional, kind, and understanding, she was 100% knowledgeable in all the bras there and told me what did and didn’t look good or fit right. She made me feel confident in my decision, especially since I’ve never had the right bra before. I had such a wonderful experience and I do intend on going back!!

Love this store. Great prices, great sales and great staff. Thx McKenna for your help today. They have such gorgeous colourful stuff, everything from bras to sleepwear and swimwear, even men’s underwear. Lots of free parking. I love the info on the wall in the spacious dressing room. Plus there are 5 wall hooks for your clothing, purse, coat, whatever. You can have a yes hook, a no hook and a maybe hook.

I hate bra shopping. It is always a frustrating experience. I walked in yesterday and asked Jo-anne for help. She had one quick look and found me a bra to try on. It fit perfectly!!!! I will never shop anywhere else again. Thank you!!

The sales associates are very helpful and friendly when you're trying things on and intend on making a purchase, but act unwelcoming and exasperated when you are making a return. This is also not based on one interaction as this unfriendly behaviour occurred with 3 different ladies. The prices are high considering the quality of the merchandise is not much better than that of a $30 bra on amazon.

I don’t usually leave review but I went there today to buy a bra and my size 34 which is so common. She asked me if I have shopped here before I said yes. I love the bra that I bought the last time and wanted to buy that again in different colour. she said we don’t have it. I asked if it’s available in different colour, she looked and find out that they do have it. She was rude and keep saying we don’t have anything. She showed me three bra and that’s it. She lost her patience and said No we don’t have anything. I wanted a black bra in size 34 that’s all. I have never been unwelcome like this in any store. Very bad service and I am so disappointed.

They quickly got my size figured out and now that it’s on file I can go in, tell them what I’m looking for and be presented with a half-dozen bras to try on. Prices are reasonable for bras that fit well, feel comfortable, and last a long time. Also every salesperson I’ve dealt with there has been respectful and only come into the changing room if asked to. I will continue to go here for all my bra related needs!

I'm never this person. I don't leave reviews ever. But I've been shopping here for 8-9 years and I'm so disappointed. I came in and there were 3 people working I was greeted after 2 minutes but still. I was asked if I needed help and I said yes. I was given two options, I know my size isn't average and my choices are limited. I went to try it on, nobody asked if I needed help sizing, how it fit, or checked to adjust anything. I had to ask for the other color. Not a big deal but the customer service has always been amazing. I asked if they were getting more Freya in I'll ask the boss". I could hear everything and the boss's sarcastic tone of "probably never". The whispering of how I only want Freya. They can see literally the amount of business I've given and only bought my bras there for how long. It was just very cold and they weren't friendly at all. I had to ask if it fit right

I had the most enjoyable experience buying a bra today! The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful! Even though their products are expensive, I understand that you get what you pay for and quality costs!
