The midsize car was clean, in good condition, quick and easy to pick up and drop off, great value, and the people were friendly, efficient and professional. This will be my go-to place to rent a vehicle!

One of the worse rental company. Avoid at any cost. Doesnt explain insurances properly, makes you take an insurance but doesnt explain what it covers and then send you a hefty bill claiming the insurance doesnt cover it. Avoid at any cost.

Rented a car here for 10 days, through Expedia. Went with these guys cause they were super cheap, relative to the other agencies. I went in a bit suspicious, due to the mixed reviews for the company as a whole, but I actually have no complaints. I suspect the price difference is due to the off-site location and non-24hr hours. Declined the insurance, didn’t ask for extras, was thorough in the pre and post vehicle inspections.

Had a really good experience. I was worried with some of the reviews, but everything went smooth. $500 for a weekend trip with unlimited mileage wasn't bad. Would recommend

Best experience I've had with a rental company. Sam and Riaze were beyond helpful. I would give these guys 10 star out of 5 for the level of patience, respect and integrity they have. This is more than a rental company. These guys treat you like family and im 100 percent bringing all my clients including myself for any rental I need. Best prices in town hands down and they gave us the vehicle to travel from Toronto to vancouver with no questions asked. Thank you Sam and Riaze for being extremely helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This company is an absolute SCAM! I was booking a rental that was $212 and $286 after taxes and fees. I go to enter my information and hit the Book the Reservation" button. The website boots me out and when I select the same rental again

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! After paying the full price for the vehicle, Payless refused to provide us with the car without explaining the reason behind the situation. We provided all the relevant documentation that was required to rent a vehicle. They wasted our time and didn’t consider our situation given that we were visiting. This was a disappointing experience and was first and last experience renting with Payless.

I rented a car months ago at this location. Thought I’d still write a review about my experience. Personally they were professional, and easy to rent a car from. There was no extra charges or hidden fees. The price was cheap as well. Yes the only negative aspect would be that the car was quite dirty/filthy. Other than that, I will still give a 5 star review.

Usually I expect a pretty challenging car rental experience when I go with a budget car rental option, but I gotta say, everyone who works here, at Payless, was really awesome! Super nice, very accommodating, quick to get me my car, and the car was in pristine condition. Thank you all very much!
